  28. III. Carry all software published from Lomax Software.

  30. IV.  Post the newest Lomax Software shareware releases as they become 
  31.      available.

  33. V.   If you wish to be listed in the Lomax Software official distribution file, 
  34.      BBS_SITE.EXE, you must further agree to:

  36.      i.  Allow free (no ratio) downloading of Lomax Software shareware titles.
  37.      ii. Fill out and return DISTAPP.FRM to Lomax Software.  Please read the
