  2. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR MICROSOFT SOFTWARE

  5. IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This Microsoft End-User License Agreement 
  6. ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single 
  7. entity) and Microsoft Corporation for the Microsoft software accompanying 
  8. this EULA, which includes computer software and may include associated 
  9. media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation 
  10. ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT" or "SOFTWARE"). By exercising your rights to make and 
  11. use copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of 
  12. this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you may not use 
  13. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  16. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE

  18. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international 
  19. copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and 
  20. treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

  22. 1.  GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights:
  23.     ╖  Installation and Use. You may install and use an unlimited number of 
  24.        copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
  25.     ╖  Reproduction and Distribution. You may reproduce and distribute an 
  26.        unlimited number of copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT;  provided 
  27.        that (i) each copy shall be a true and complete copy, including all 
  28.        copyright and trademark notices, (ii) each copy shall be accompanied 
  29.        by a copy of this EULA, and (iii) no copy shall be offered for resale.

  31. 2.  DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS. 
  32.     ╖  Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly. 
  33.        You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE 
  34.        PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly 
  35.        permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
  36.     ╖  Separation of Components. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single 
  37.        product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than 
  38.        one computer.
  39.     ╖  Software Transfer. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under 
  40.        this EULA, provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA.
  41.     ╖  Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, Microsoft may 
  42.        terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions 
  43.        of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE 
  44.        PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

  46. 3.  COPYRIGHT. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT 
  47.     (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, 
  48.     audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), 
  49.     the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT 
  50.     are owned by Microsoft or its suppliers. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected 
  51.     by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must 
  52.     treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material.

  54. 4.  U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and documentation 
  55.     are provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the 
  56.     Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) 
  57.     of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at 
  58.     DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer 
  59.     Software-Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable. Manufacturer 
  60.     is Microsoft Corporation/One Microsoft Way/Redmond, WA 98052-6399.

  63. LIMITED WARRANTY

  65. NO WARRANTIES. Microsoft expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. 
  66. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related documentation is provided "as is" without 
  67. warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, 
  68. the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or 
  69. noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE 
  70. PRODUCT remains with you.

  72. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. In no event shall Microsoft or its suppliers 
  73. be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for 
  74. loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or 
  75. any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this 
  76. Microsoft product, even if Microsoft has been advised of the possibility of such 
  77. damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation 
  78. of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not 
  79. apply to you.

  84. If you acquired this product in the United States, this EULA is governed by the laws 
  85. of the State of Washington.

  87. If this product was acquired outside the United States, then local laws may apply.
