  118. │ and a major member clean out.  We had been stuffing around for ages now,  │
  119. │ and as a result our group reputation has suffered and we have gone        │
  120. │ seriously down hill. We have turned motiv8 around.                        │ 
  121. │ At the moment we are accepting members, but only those who are gonna work │ 
  122. │ and who are friendly, and above all the people we accept now must no ego, │  
  123. │ have we wil not allow this group to degenerate into the egotistical piles│
