  86. │ restructuring and a major member clean out.  We have been stuffing around   │
  87. │ for ages now, and as a result our group reputation has suffered and we have │
  88. │ gone seriously down hill. I plan to turn motiv8 around. At the moment we are│
  89. │ accepting members, but only those who are gonna work hard, and who are      │
  90. │ friendly, and above all the people we accept now must have no ego, we will  │
  91. │ not allow this group to degenerate into the egotistical piles of shit I see │
  92. │ around today. So guys... if you think you might be able to help motiv8,     │
