Your Internet connection speed has slowed to the level specified for the Internet Speedometer sensor alarm.
The Internet Speedometer sensor shows the speed of your connection to an Internet site of your choice. (Note that a smaller time value in this case means a faster transmission speed.) You can select a site (host name or IP address) from the Site tab of this sensor's Properties. To monitor more than one site, add multiple Internet Speedometer sensors.
