  11. 2.  Copy/Extract The.......................................... rk31vb.dll File  and the  hotdog.ini (these 2 files)(Blue Dragon)
  12.     To The HotDog-Folder
  13.     (c:\ProgramFiles\HotDog25).(any dir you want to name program...I use C:\Hotdog )(Blue Dragon)
  14. 3.  Run HotDog.
  15. 4.  In The Register-Dialog Enter:(you can skip this I put your name and a better looking number)
