  194.   that is controlling playback (e.g., the XingMPEG Player program or Media
  195.   Player) may be subject to delays.

  198. - When the XingMPEG Player is accessing Direct Draw video acceleration,
  199.   clicking on the Track Bar during playback may cause a bright green
  200.   border to appear around the Track Bar.
  201. - The Video Performance Diagnostic tool improperly reports the
  202.   overall frame rate on PC's that achieve greater than approximately
  203.   35 frames per second. On fast PCs where the actual achieved frame
  204.   rate may be 60fps or greater, the diagnostic tool will never report
  205.   a frame rate higher than approximately 35 frames per second. In such
  206.   situations, the following error usually appears: There is a problem
  207.   with Subsystems Performance Values".
  208. - If the XingMPEG Driver's "Use Video Acceleration" option is disabled,
  209.   no warning of this condition is displayed when the Video Performance
  210.   test is run. Before running this test, make sure the XingMPEG Driver's
  211.   "Use Video Acceleration" option is enabled.
  212. - The XingMPEG Player's Mute button does not reflect or affect the
  213.   current state of the Windows95 Audio Mute control. If you do not
  214.   hear audio when playing MPEG files, check the Windows95 Audio Mute
  215.   and Volume controls and make sure the XingMPEG Driver's Rate Control
  216.   feature is enabled.
