- clicking on the Track Bar during playback may cause a bright green
- border to appear around the Track Bar.

- overall frame rate on PC's that achieve greater than approximately
- 35 frames per second. On fast PCs where the actual achieved frame
- rate may be 60fps or greater, the diagnostic tool will never report
- a frame rate higher than approximately 35 frames per second. In such
- situations, the following error usually appears: There is a problem
- with Subsystems Performance Values".
- - If the XingMPEG Driver's "Use Video Acceleration" option is disabled,
- no warning of this condition is displayed when the Video Performance
- test is run. Before running this test, make sure the XingMPEG Driver's
- "Use Video Acceleration" option is enabled.
- - The XingMPEG Player's Mute button does not reflect or affect the
- current state of the Windows95 Audio Mute control. If you do not
- hear audio when playing MPEG files, check the Windows95 Audio Mute
- and Volume controls and make sure the XingMPEG Driver's Rate Control
- feature is enabled.
