  1.  DR SOLOMON'S SOFTWARE LICENSE STATEMENT

  3. This is an agreement between you, the user, and Dr Solomon's    
  4. Software Inc.  By using this software, you are agreeing to  
  5. be bound by the terms of this agreement.

  7. In order to preserve and protect its rights under applicable laws,  
  8. Dr Solomon's Software does not sell any rights in the software.  
  9. Rather, Dr Solomon's Software grants the right to use this software  
  10. by means of a software license.  Dr Solomon's Software specifically  
  11. retains title to all its computer software.

  14. The software is protected by both United States copyright law  
  15. and international copyright treaty provisions.  Therefore, you  
  16. must treat this software just like a book.  You may make archival  
  17. copies of the software for the sole purposes of backing up the  
  18. software and protecting your investments from loss.

  21. By saying 'just like a book', Dr Solomon's Software means, for  
  22. example, that this software may be used by any number of  
  23. people, and may be freely moved from one computer location to  
  24. another, so long as there is no possibility of it being used at one  
  25. location while it is being used at another or on a computer  
  26. network by more than one user at one location.  Just as a book  
  27. cannot be read by two different people in two different places at  
  28. the same time, neither can the software be used by two different  
  29. people in two different places at the same time unless, of  
  30. course, you have violated Dr Solomon's Software's copyright.

  32. Dr Solomon's Software Inc. shall not be liable for any  
  33. damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, or use  
  34. of the software, or special, incidental or consequential damages  
  35. or other similar claims, even if Dr Solomon's has been specifically  
  36. advised of the possibility of such damages.  In no event will  
  37. Dr Solomon's Software's liability for any damages to you or any   
  38. other person ever exceed the list price of the software,   
  39. regardless of any form of the claim.

  41. DR SOLOMON'S SOFTWARE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES,      
  42. EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY  
  43. IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A 
  44. PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  Specifically,  Dr Solomon's Software  
  45. makes no representation or warranty that the software is fit  
  46. for any particular purpose.

  50. ARE ACKNOWLEDGING THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS     
  51. LICENSE, THAT YOU UNDERSTAND IT AND AGREE TO  
  52. BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.  YOU    
  53. ALSO AGREE THAT THE LICENSE IS THE COMPLETE   
  54. AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF AGREEMENT         
  55. BETWEEN THE PARTIES AND SUPERSEDES ALL       
  56. PROPOSALS OR PRIOR AGREEMENTS, WHETHER ORAL  
  57. OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS  
  58. BETWEEN THE PARTIES RELATING TO THE SUBJECT
