  33. CONSENT TO SUBSTITUTION OF COLLATERAL AND RELEASE

  35. @001, referred to as OWNER, and @002, referred to as SECURED
  36. PARTY, agree:

  39. OWNER is indebted to SECURED PARTY pursuant to a note dated,
