  2. ~This agreement can be used for a contracting job under $20,000.

  4. ~This agreement can be used for virtually any construction job,
  5. ~although it may be necessary to add clauses in extremely large
  6. ~contracts.

  8. ~If buildings share a common wall, called a "party wall," this
  9. ~agreement should be used when the owners of the buildings 
  10. ~sharing the wall agree to make repairs to it.

  14. ~Virtually all construction contracts require that if a change

  51. ~This form is used to confirm that a mechanic's lien has been
  52. ~released.

  62. ~Form used to give formal notice that construction has begun.
  63. ~Needed for such purposes as mechanics liens laws.

  65. ~Formal notice that construction has been terminated. Needed to
  66. ~begin to run time to file liens.
  67.
