  47. This lease shall be on a month to month basis beginning on |003.

  50. The monthly rent shall be $@100 (!100 dollars) payable on the
  51. @101 day of each month, in advance without deduction. This lease
  52. may be terminated by either party on 30 days advance notice, with
  53. the term to end on the same day of the month as the lease

  86. LESSEE agrees upon request to move to another lot of the same
  87. size, to be selected by OWNER upon 15 days prior notice. In the
  88. event of such a request by the OWNER, OWNER shall pay all costs
  89. related to the move, including utility disconnection and
  90. connection charges.

  93. OWNER agrees that despite any attachment to the real estate, the
  94. mobile home shall be considered to be personal property.

  97. LESSEE may not assign, transfer or sub-lease the premises without
  98. the prior approval of the OWNER.

  101. LESSEE agrees to abide by the regulations for the mobile home
  102. park as are established by the OWNER from time to time. Such
  103. regulations shall be deemed to be a part of this agreement and
  104. any failure to follow this regulation shall be considered to be a
  105. material breach of this agreement.

  108. LESSEE shall not allow the premises to be vacant or deserted.

  111. LESSEE grants to OWNER a first lien upon all property of the
  112. LESSEE on the premises herein liened, without prejudice to any
  113. rights of OWNER under the laws of the state of @300. LESSEE
  114. specifically agrees not to remove the mobile home if any sums are
  115. due and owing to the OWNER under the terms of this lease.
