LEASE OF MOBILE HOME LOT
@001, referred to as OWNER, and @002, referred to as LESSEE,
agree:

This lease shall be on a month to month basis beginning on |003.
The monthly rent shall be $@100 (!100 dollars) payable on the
@101 day of each month, in advance without deduction. This lease
may be terminated by either party on 30 days advance notice, with
the term to end on the same day of the month as the lease
commenced.

This lease shall be for a term of @004 months, beginning on |005.
The total lease for the term shall be $@102 (!102 dollars) which
shall be paid on the @103 day of each month in equal
instalments, in advance without deduction.

The OWNER may assess a late fee for failure to pay in its
regulations.
The premises are rented and may only be used for residential
purposes through the parking of a mobile home.
LESSEE's set up and any construction and improvements shall be
strictly in accordance with any applicable zoning, building and
other applicable regulations.
LESSEE shall be responsible for all utilities including the pick
up of garbage and further will be responsible for all
installation costs of utilities.
LESSEE agrees upon request to move to another lot of the same
size, to be selected by OWNER upon 15 days prior notice. In the
event of such a request by the OWNER, OWNER shall pay all costs
related to the move, including utility disconnection and
connection charges.
OWNER agrees that despite any attachment to the real estate, the
mobile home shall be considered to be personal property.
LESSEE may not assign, transfer or sub-lease the premises without
the prior approval of the OWNER.
LESSEE agrees to abide by the regulations for the mobile home
park as are established by the OWNER from time to time. Such
regulations shall be deemed to be a part of this agreement and
any failure to follow this regulation shall be considered to be a
material breach of this agreement.
LESSEE shall not allow the premises to be vacant or deserted.
LESSEE grants to OWNER a first lien upon all property of the
LESSEE on the premises herein liened, without prejudice to any
rights of OWNER under the laws of the state of @300. LESSEE
specifically agrees not to remove the mobile home if any sums are
due and owing to the OWNER under the terms of this lease.
