  1. parcon.BLD       Parental consent for minor to marry
  2. ~This form provides a generic form for the consent of a minor
  3. ~to marry.
  4. ratmar.BLD      Ratification of existing marriage
  5. ~This form is used when there may be a legal question concerning
  6. ~a marriage, for example, if there is a question about the 
  7. ~license etc. After the execution of this agreement, the 
  8. ~irregularities are waived.
  9. 2100.BLD      Non marriage "living together" agreement
  10. ~For those who may intend to cohabitate without marriage, this
  11. ~form should be used to clarify the legal rights and 
  12. ~responsibilities of the parties. This agreement can be used to
  13. ~set the rights between the parties in several different ways
  14. ~depending on the desires of the parties.
  15. 2000.BLD      Pre-marital agreement
  16. ~This agreement can be used to prepare as detailed, or brief, a
  17. ~pre-marital agreement as is desired. Many different forms of
  18. ~pre-martial agreements can be generated including issues like
  19. ~alimony, inheritance and other matters.
  20. 2150.BLD      Divorce agreement
  21. ~Although persons who are divorcing have proved that they are not
  22. ~compatible, sometimes they can agree on some issues and agree to
  23. ~fight on others. This form prepares a divorce agreement
  24. ~which can contain agreements regarding inheritance, child
  25. ~visitation, division of debts, item by item.
  26. reconcil.BLD      Reconciliation agreement
  27. ~If a married couple has separated this agreement can be used
  28. ~when the parties reconcile to "undo" the effect of any 
  29. ~separation or separation agreement.
  30. nomartr.bld      Termination, non-marital agreement
  31. ~Prepares an agreement which covers property settlement, child
  32. ~custody (if applicable) and debts of a couple which have
  33. ~cohabited without marriage. Similar in concept to a property
  34. ~settlement agreement for those who are married.
  35. remar.bld      Remarriage agreement
  36. ~Should be used if parties who have a prior divorce decree or
  37. ~property settlement remarry to handle the issues which are
  38. ~caused by the remarriage.
