  18. AGREEMENT TO CLOSE SUBJECT TO CREDIT

  22. SELLER, agree:

  25. The parties entered into an agreement for the sale and purchase
  26. of real estate on |003.

  30. SELLER of a report indicating that the property was infested with

  34. Pursuant to the sale and purchase agreement, the SELLER elects to

  36. dollars), and BUYER elects to accept the property "AS IS" in
  37. regard to the infestation of pests.
