  22.         The following individuals agree to join a lottery pool
  23. for the month of @100, @101, for the purpose of jointly playing
  24. the @102 State Lottery:

  33. and designate, @001 as the Lottery Pool Manager for this
  34. month. Each participant shall be liable to contribute
  35. $@105 per game played.

  37. Each party to the pool shall turn over all funds for the
  38. purchase of tickets at least 24 hours prior to the closing time
  39. for purchase of tickets for each game.

  41. In the event that a person does not do so, they shall
  42. nevertheless be liable to pay in their share of the money
  43. used, if a ticket or ticket is purchased for them.

  45. In the event that any prizes are won, the pool manager, who
  46. shall serve without compensation, shall evenly divide the
  47. prize among the participants, deducting any amount owed
  48. for a failure to pay a required share. ANY AND ALL FUNDS
  49. WON AS PRIZES SHALL BE CONSIDERED TO BE HELP IN TRUST FOR
  50. THE POOL BY THE MANAGER.

  52. This agreement shall not automatically renew and shall expire
  53. at the end of the month stated.

  55. In the event of a prize being won in excess of $ 10,000, and
  56. settlement options are provided, the vote of the majority of
  57. the pool members shall decide. If there is no majority, the
  58. pool manager shall decide.
  59.  
  60. Any member may withdraw by written notice to the pool
  61. manager, and the pool shall thereupon end, but shall remain
  62. in effect for the past games played as a pool.

  65. This is the entire agreement of the parties and there are no
  66. agreements express or implied not stated herein. This agreement
  67. may only be altered in writing signed by all parties.
