   ocr: 1. Preheat oven to 350°. 2. In a large skillet, heat chicken broth and white wine over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until al dente. 3. In a large bowl, mix the sautéed vegetables, ZUC- chini, carrot, turkey, wheat germ, egg, and herbs. Mix well by hand. 4. Form the turkey mixture into a loaf in a shallow (2-inch high) - loaf pan. Cover with tomato sauce. 5. Bake until cooked through, about 20to30 min- utes.
