Transcription: Beware of the health claims on the front of cereal boxes. Many of the big name cereal brands have added some whole grains, but then they've covered them up with high amounts of sugar. Make sure that your cereal is under 7 grams of sugar per serving. And when you look at the ingredients, make sure you only see sugar listed once on the low end of the ingredient list. Also, your cereals should not have added hydrogenated oils or any added fats. Thanks.
