  16.     INSTALLATION
  17.        Copy the file Wordman.exe to a directory :
  18.            example : c:\wingames\wordman
  19.        start windows
  20.        open Your "games" group 
  21.        select file\new from the windows prog. manager
  22.        select new program item
  23.        type the right path and file name :
  24.            example : c:\wingames\wordman\wordman.exe
  25.        push enter , the wordman icon will now appear
  26.        place the mouse pointer over the wordman -
  27.        icon and double-push the left mouse button .

  29.     The WORDMAN  63 word's shareware version may be
  30.     freely copied and distributed. It's use is subject to the conditions
  31.     outlined in this document in section II.

  33.     The WORDMAN 630 word's commercial version may not be 
  34.     distributed freely ,if  anybody do I'll sue them.
  35.     The only (legal & ethical) way to get the 630 word's

  61. I. DEFINITION OF SHAREWARE

  63.     Shareware distribution gives users a chance to try software before
  64.     buying it. If you try a Shareware program and continue using it, you
  65.     are expected to register. Individual programs differ on details -- some
  66.     request registration while others require it, some specify a maximum
  67.     trial period. With registration, you get anything from the simple right
  68.     to continue using the software to receiving an updated program with
  69.     a printed manual.

  71.     Copyright laws apply to both Shareware and commercial software, and the
  72.     copyright holder retains all rights, with a few specific exceptions as
  73.     stated below. Shareware authors are accomplished programmers, just like
  74.     commercial authors, and the programs are of comparable quality. (In
  75.     both cases, there are good programs and bad ones!) The main difference
  76.     is in the method of distribution. The author specifically grants the
  77.     right to copy and distribute the software, either to all and sundry or
  78.     to a specific group. For example, some authors require written permiss-     
  79.     ion before a commercial disk vendor may copy their Shareware.

  81.     Shareware is a distribution method, not a type of software. You should
  82.     find software that suits your needs and pocketbook, whether it's com-  
  83.     mercial or Shareware. The Shareware system makes fitting your needs

  86.     guarantee -- if you don't use the product, you don't pay for it.

  94.     "WORDMAN is supplied as is.  The author disclaims all warranties,
  95.     expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of
  96.     merchant ability and of fitness for any purpose. The author assumes no
  97.     liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from
  98.     the use of WORDMAN."

  100.     WORDMAN is a "shareware program" and is provided at no charge to the
  101.     user for evaluation.  Feel free to share it with your friends, but
  102.     please do not give it away altered or as part of another system.  The
  103.     essence of "user-supported" software is to provide personal computer
  104.     users with quality software without high prices, and yet to provide
  105.     incentive for programmers to continue to develop new products.  If you
  106.     find this program useful and find that you are using WORDMAN and
  107.     continue to use WORDMAN after a reasonable trial period, you must make
  108.     a registration payment as described on the first page of this document.
  109.     The applicable registration fee will license one copy for use on any
  110.     one computer at any one time.  You must treat this software just like
  111.     a book.  An example is that this software may be used by any number of
  112.     people and may be freely moved from one computer location to another,
  113.     so long as there is no possibility of it being used at one location
  114.     while it's being used at another.  Just as a book cannot be read by
  115.     two different persons at the same time.

  117.            Commercial users of WORDMAN must register and pay for their copies of
  118.     WORDMAN within 30 days of first use or their license is withdrawn.

  121.     Anyone distributing WORDMAN for any kind of remuneration must first
  122.     contact ME (CARL) at the address above for authorization. This
  123.     authorization will be automatically granted to distributors recognized
  124.     by the (ASP) as adhering to its guidelines for shareware distributors,
  125.     and such distributors may begin offering WORDMAN immediately (However
  126.     CARL BJOERK must still be advised so that the distributor can be kept
  127.     up-to-date with the latest version of WORDMAN.).

  129.     You are encouraged to pass a copy of WORDMAN along to your friends
  130.     for evaluation.  Please encourage them to register their copy if they
