Distribution Requirements

The Shareware version of International Cricket may be distributed as long as
the following conditions are satisfied:
- International Cricket is identified as Shareware and that a
registration fee of at least 15 pounds (US$ 25) must be paid to the
author if it is found useful.
- International Cricket must be distributed complete with no files
missing or altered. All copyright notices and documentation must be
included.
- The fee charged for distributing International Cricket does not
exceed 5 pounds or US$ 9.
- International Cricket may not appear in adverts, catalogs or any
other literature that describes it as "FREE SOFTWARE". Shareware is
"Try-Before-You-Buy" software, it is not free. You may not list
International Cricket in adverts, catalogs or any other literature
as "PUBLIC DOMAIN SOFTWARE". International Cricket is copyrighted
material and has never been in the public domain.
- BBS SysOps may distribute International Cricket as long as there are
no files removed from the original compressed file. The SysOp
should inform the author that they are carrying International
Cricket.
- Disk Vendors choosing to distribute International Cricket should
send a copy of their catalog to the author along with a description
of how they define the Shareware concept to their customers.
Distributors who are recognised by the ASP as adhering to its
guidelines for distributing Shareware need only send their catalog.
- CD-ROM Vendors may include this file on Shareware CD-ROMs. The
author should be notified in advance. A complimentary copy of the
CD-ROM is requested to be sent to the author.
- Magazine cover disks/CD-ROMs compilers may include International
Cricket on the cover providing the author is contacted first and a
copy of any editorial in the magazine concerning International
Cricket is sent when the magazine is published. The author will
provide a disk that mentions the magazine on the title screen.
- Rack vendors may distribute International Cricket as long as it is
not bundled with any other software and a complimentary copy of the
retail product is sent to the author.
- The author reserves the right to revoke any distribution licence
at any time without notice or reason.
Where the author asks to be contacted it is acceptable to communicate by
E-Mail providing the author has replied to your E-Mail.
If a disk is included the latest Shareware version of International Cricket
will be included with the reply.
