  4. By using the software contained on this CD, you agree to accept the terms 
  5. and conditions as shall apply between you, the user, JLM Software, the
  6. distributor, and the authors of the said software programs.
  7. This software and accompanying items are provided
  8. to you only upon the condition that you agree to the terms of the software 
  9. licence agreement.

  12. SOFTWARE LICENCE AGREEMENT

  15. JLM Software grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to
  16. use one copy of this software for use on a single computer in a single
  17. location. The software and its accompanying documentation are protected by 
  18. copyright laws and international treaties and may not be copied.
  19. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by JLM Software.

  39. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

  42. JLM Software expressly disclaims any implied warranties relating to the media
  43. and software. This includes warranties of merchantability or fitness for a
  44. particular purpose. Warranties implied by law are hereby limited to the
  45. duration of the Warranty Period, except in those states which do not permit
  46. such limitations. The legal rights that you have are in accordance with this
  47. warranty and those of the appropriate state. This warranty gives you specific
  48. legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

  51. WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

  54. JLM Software shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or other
  55. damages arising from any claim under this agreement, notwithstanding being
  56. advised of the possibility of such damages. In all cases, JLM Software's
  57. liabilities shall not exceed the purchase price of the said product.

  59. do allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages,
  60. so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply in such circumstances.

  66. JLM Software shall not be liable to any user for any loss of data, loss of
  67. profits, cost of rectification, goods or other consequential, incidental,
  68. special, punitive, or other damages of any kind arising out of the use of or
  69. inability to use the software.

  72. JLM Software makes no warranties, express, implied, or statutory, regarding
  73. the software, including without limitation the implied warranties of
  74. merchantability, and fitness for any particular purpose, or any equivalent
  75. warranties under the laws of any jurisdiction.

  81. A very small percentage of individuals may experience epileptic seizures 
  82. or sight disorders when
  83. exposed to certain light patterns of flashing lights. Exposure to certain
  84. patterns or backgrounds on a television screen/computer monitor or while
  85. playing video games may induce an epileptic seizure in these individuals.
  86. Certain conditions may induce undetected epilepsy. If you, or anyone in your
  87. family, has an epileptic condition, consult your physician prior to playing.
  88. If you experience any of the following symptoms when playing a video game -
  89. dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitches, loss of awareness,
  90. disorientation, any involuntary movement or convulsions - IMMEDIATELY
  91. discontinue use and consult your physician before resuming playing.
