  13. Currently  the  last  living decendant in the Ainchrist line, the many times 
  14. great-granddaughters of the man to dicover Hardmony's Fitz richness,    Noel
  15. Ainchrist.  Though  she  inherited  her  current  postion,  she is more than 
  16. qualified and does an excellent job.

  18. Joseph Annumber
  19.  
  20. Head  scientist  for Thornwood. His family was killed several years ago in a 
  21. severe   storm  and  since then  had  been  completely  devoted to his work. 
  22. Graduated  from  Zaphroxi with honors, most of his work deals with increased 
  23. growths for planrs and crops on Thornwood.
  24.  
  25. Keif Bai-ley
  26.  
  27. The prime minister of Piahda. Since his wife died several years ago  Bai-ley
  28. has had only two loves: his daughter and politics. He was elected on a plat-
  29. formof planet-wide peace. He is completely trustworthy.

  31. Petra De Jounge
  32.  
  33. The president of Haltrot, home of  dice industires . Dejonge's  interest has 
  34. always been in keeping DiCE properous, she has in the past only favoredbills
  35. and doctrines that directly benefit DiCE. Similarly, shewas vetoed proposals
  36. that would likely damage DiCE.
  37.  
  38. Lai-nor Egri
  39.  
  40. The Dean of Zaphroxi. Egri's IQ is apparently just over 190, well  over  the 
  41. preveously highest naturally occuring IQ ever recorded. It is no surprise he
  42. heads the most prestogious institute for scientific knowledge in known space
  43. He us generally helpful when possible.
  44.  
  45. Mr Fredericks
  46.  
  47. Head of SIN, Harmony. Very little is known about this man other thanthe fact 
  48. that he is very effective and very frieghtening. He ran, almost single-hand-
  49. edly, Harmony's security until recently.
  50.  
  51. Rackhert Gerschen
  52.  
  53. Head  of  Harmony's  military program. He is a veteran of several skirmishes 
  54. with  L'LL'Y'YY'RWW and ESBASTIA. Gerchen makes and excellent commander with 
  55. finesse  and  skill that is unsurpassed. Loyal to Harmony and it's overlord.
  56.  
  57. Jennel Girgis
  58.  
  59. Born  on  Rasputin,  she  holds  the  postition  of High Coombacha. She also 
  60. received military training with the Syndicate forces but later renounced the 
  61. as incompetent. Through her unmatched fighting ability she defeated the pre-
  62. vious Coombacha and is still undefeated.
  63.  
  64. Quishhan Gybesh
  65.  
  66. His full  title  is  the  Grand  High  Exalted and very Grrovy Khauna of the 
  67. Gybesh Commune, which he himself founded. He has been known to use drugs  on
  68. his worshipers to keep them compliant. However, by using his  followres  for 
  69. agriculture  projects  he  has  vastly  improved  the  economy   on   Tarso.

  71. Eadna Ja'ak
  72.  
  73. The Tribal Cheif of Knormphell. She is a minor mutant, so  extremely  strong 
  74. she can best most men Knormphell. In addition, she has an extremely highpain
  75. tolerence through contests of strength she was made head ofthe largest tribe 
  76. on Knormphell.

  78. Jo Kelle
  79.  
  80. The Queen of Huygen, she was originally sixth inline to the throne. The five
  81. heirs before her meat untimely demises. Fortunately she seems  content  with 
  82. this level of acheivment, and has made noattempts to expand her power beyond
  83. the planet Huygen (yet).

  85. Jerov Laddry
  86.  
  87. Known  only  by  reputation,  Jerov Laddry is the  Syndicate's most powerful 
  88. agent. He's apparently able to get in and out of anywhere without detection.
  89. Rumor syays he has a private satelite as his headquaters, but it's  location
  90. is unknown.

  92. Selwyn Larcher
  93.  
  94. Larcher  inherited  his money and his position as the president of DiCE, but 
  95. he is fully is fully worthy of the position. The company has propered  under
  96. his command, but his favorite method of expanding the comapny is by  hostile
  97. takeover of a rival. He is throughly unscrupulous in his business  dealings.
  98.  
  99. Pixor Meunier
  100.  
  101. While  never  a  great leader, Meunier has always been a great supporter  of 
  102. other leaders. He commands the entire military power ofthe planet Keyops and 
  103. is  currently  non-active,   past  history  shows  they  are  liable  to act 
  104. aggresively at any time.
  105.  
  106. Temik Milhouse IV
  107.  
  108. Elected  unamimously  to  his  current  position of Chairman od the board of 
  109. Thyzahn. Rumoe indicates that this is partially dur to blackmailing most  of 
  110. the  key  members  of  the  Board.  He  is a major stckholder on Thyzahn and 
  111. reputer to have virtually no scuples when it comes to  negotiating  a  deal.

  113. Maissa Pariag
  114.  
  115. Possessing  virtually  no natural resources of its own, Azure Dawn has still 
  116. managed to flourish under Patiag's direction. She has  nurtured  the  planet
  117. into a beautiful vacation spot and has maintained a peaceful  alliance  with
  118. all   other   planets   in   the   galaxy   through   careful   negotiation.

  120. Nico Ronquillo

  122. At the topof Pfipfif's very loose government, Ronquillo has been  with  this 
  123. mining community for some time. His hard work and effiecent methods are  the 
  124. only thing keeping Pfipfif from going bankrupt.

  126. Remy Sib'broue
  127.  
  128. The highest stockholder on Thyzahn, he controls 51% of the  planet's  stock. 
  129. His  greatest  pleasure  is in crushing a fellow businessman. He will always 
  130. seek to act in his personal best interests.

  132. Sinn Somermaat
  133.  
  134. Somermaat represents  the collected governments on Hobbman,  and  while  she 
  135. officially has no power, she is skilled at swaying the opinion of the gov'ts
  136. to   any   solutions   she   perceives   as   best  the  solution  for  all.

  138. Elysia Sybarrite
  139.  
  140. Graduated  top  of  her  class  in  business administration, worked as a law 
  141. consultant for five years with Galactic Universal Kinetics. Born on Harmony,
  142. she was overwhelming re-elected governer six years running.
  143.  
  144. Glaska Terr'don
  145.  
  146. Grw up on a farm on Thorwood, where her hard work and endurance were  quicly
  147. recognized. She started as a community representative and eventually  became
  148. Thornwood's head speaker.

  150. Armor Uvgod

  152. Graduated  on  the  honor  list from Zaphroxi, he then went on to complete a 
  153. second degree on Tool. A brilliant theoretical scientist as awell as an out-
  154. standing engineer. He has been working on Harmony for the last seven  years.

  156. Dre'han Van Cott
  157.  
  158. Commander in Cheif of the forces of Estabista. Van Cott has been responsible
  159. for many of the small skirmishes around the galacy, as he is always  seeking
  160. to expand his power  Harmony has contibuted resources to fighting him in the 
  161. past but never engaged him directly. He has always dealt fairly in  business
  162. with   Harmony,   recognizing   the   need   for   Harmony's    Fitzholnium.

  164. Katirna Vannes
  165.  
  166. While in undergraduate studies, Vannes was one of Tool's top  students,  and
  167. pioneered an entire new branch of biological engineering. Her Genius and in-
  168. ventiveness was beyond what Tool's professors had seen previsouly. With  her
  169. tireless work and devotion it was inevitable she would eventually  be  cheif
  170. engineer.
