  1. ! cmd   execute a shell command
  2. -       move backward one message (no delete)
  3. a nick  display an alias for a user
  4. c[file] copy/append current message to file (default: prn)
  5. d       delete current message
  6. dq      delete current message and then quit
  7. f user  forward current message to user
  8. g num   make message num current message
  9. H num   print subject of current message
  10. h       print all subjects
  11. m [-s subject] user     mail a message to user
  12. n       move forward one message (no delete)
  13. o option ...    Set one of the mail options:
  14. O       Print the options set by the o command
  15. p       print current message (P to use built-in pager)
  16. q       quit with mailbox updated
  17. r       reply to a message
  18. s[file] save current message to file(s) (default =mbox)
  19. t       print current message with headers (T to use built-in pager)
  20. u       undelete current message
  21. w[file] save current message to file(s) without header (default =mbox)
  22. x       exit with mailbox restored
  23. <num>   make message <num> the current message
