  4.                 | called you BBS Today And Yesterday with both ANSI and ASCII
  5.                 | Bulletins.  Colors are completely configurable, and access
  6.                 | levels to include are completely configurable. TYCB is a
  7.                 | complete design your own bulletin system. Version 1.4 has
  8.                 | logic added to it to identify an Incomplete logon.
  9.                 | Previous versions were incrementing totals of the previous
  10.                 | caller on an incomplete logon.  This version also has the
  11.                 | ability to add ANSI Clear Screen codes at the beginning of
  12.                 | the bulletins.
