  9.   Trade Wars Helper is a terminal program used ONLINE with the BBS door
  10.   game "Trade Wars 2002" v1.03 published by Mertech Software.  This
  11.   program continuously maintains a data base of the explored sectors with
  12.   their port and adjacent sector information.  Several commands are
  13.   available to utilize this information while moving around in the Trade
  14.   Wars universe.  In addition, TWH can negotiate trades on your behalf and
  15.   automatically cross trade between two sectors.  Using this program will
  16.   significantly enhance both your effectiveness and your enjoyment of
  17.   Trade Wars.  Don't leave FedSpace without it!

  21.   INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

  23.   Make a directory, \twhelp, on your hard disk using the DOS mkdir
  24.   command.  Unzip the ZIP file to the \twhelp directory.

  26.   Erase the TWHELP.CFG file if it is present.  The program will create a
  27.   new configuration file for use with data related to your installation.

  29.   Create a batch file (TWH.BAT) in the directory of your communications
  30.   program like below.  It changes to the \twhelp directory, executes the
  31.   twhelp program, then changes back to your communication program's
  32.   directory.

  40.   RUNNING INSTRUCTIONS

  42.   Run your communications program, login to a BBS and start the Trade
  43.   Wars door.  When Trade Wars begins building its title screen, shell to
  44.   DOS from your communications program and enter TWH to start the batch
  45.   program.

  47.   Online instructions are given by the program from this point on and will
  48.   not be repeated here except to say you can display the commands by
  49.   entering /?  (all TWH command begin with the / character).  You can run
  50.   the program directly without being in your communication program and the
  51.   Trade Wars door.  This might be useful the first time to read the online
  52.   instructions.

  54.   In addition, the file EXAMPLE.TWH contains a data base that can be used
  55.   to experiment with the program without being online.  You will need to
  56.   include the sector number after the / for most commands since the
  57.   current sector remains at 0 when not online.  Also do not use the /k,
  58.   and /t commands when not online since they issue commands to Trade Wars
  59.   itself.

  63.   UPGRADE INSTRUCTIONS

  65.   If you are upgrading from an older release you can just unzip (or
  66.   copy) all the files from the new release directly into the /twhelp
  67.   directory.  You may wish to eliminate the EXAMPLE.TWH file afterward.
  68.   You will not need to do anything else.  It is not necessary to do the /k
  69.   command again since any changes to the data files will be automatically
  70.   handled by the program.

  74.   SHAREWARE DISTRIBUTED PRODUCT

  147.   options.  Changed some of the edit keys for the /b and /c commands.

  151.   universal announcement.

  162.   occurred when entering more than seven data file names at one time.

  164.   rates.  Allowed for ESC to exit program at title screen.

  167.   computer's interrogation mode to collect the warp to sector information.
  168.   Changed the search for matching notation characters command to /m (was
  169.   /s).  Added the configuation option to enter the IRQ line number.  Fixed
  170.   bug that may have caused the auto trading feature to randomly fail.
