ToadNet Guidelines
ToadNet Network operates under the following guidelines These are
the few main guidelines that you should concern yourself with.
ToadNet is for having FUN, all that is ask is that you follow
these simple rules:
* Absolutely no Flaming allowed in any echo
* Echos are handled by the moderator or the Echo_Toad
* Echos may not be gated/passed to none ToadNet Members
* Have Fun!
* Keep it light and friendly
* If you have a suggestion then let's hear it
* The network is a member network and is for FUN!
* Don't get too serious
* If you have a problem take it up with your NT first
* The NC is your problem solver if you can't solve the problem
* The Topology of the network is: Toad, NT, RT, Executive Toads
* Echo Topology is: Toad, Moderator, NET, RET, Executive Toads
The Executive Toads ask that you fly the ToadNet logo and make any
ToadNet echos that you link into accessible to the public (your
users) - other than restricted echos Remember, ToadNet is a hobby
and is for your enjoyment. Relax, and have fun. Leave the
seriousness at the office or with your spouse
Fill out TNAPP.ASC and net mail it to on e of the following
The Network Coordinator (NT) for your local area [see TOADLIST.???]
The Regional Coordinator (RT) for your Region [see TOADLIST.???] Zone
Node Toad - 86:86/1, 1:100/365
You must set your software so that the from-address in your message
to the NT (or RT) does not cause problems for the coordinator. If you
are currently a member of another network, such as FidoNet, you can
send your application to the NT using your FidoNet adddress. If you
are not with another network, set your mailer to use address
86:nnnn/9999, where nnnn is the Net or Region you're applying to.
This is only temporary until your NT or RT assigns a node number to
you. You will need to import this into the message editor you are
using and send it via NetMail to the NT, RT or Node Toad.
Good Luck and Have Fun!
