  1. This is Tag Line Xpress v2.10 release date 03-01-93.

  3. This  release  is  in the  form of  a file  update patch.  The  QuickFix
  4. applicator  program included in this  archive will  update the  Tag Line
  5. Xpress v2.00 EXEcutable program to the new v2.10 file.

  7. This archive should contain the following listed files,  you are allowed
  8. distribute this package in it's original unmodified form which means ALL
  9. the following files must be included AND no other files may be added. If
  10. your sysop  insists on  adding their BBS advertisement files within this
  11. archive,  please notify them that they are  violating their distribution
  12. license for this software.
