Use this function to define a heading for the menu.

Move the cursor using the Tab key and the arrow keys and edit the
following attributes for each menu item:
Menu text Text to appear on the menu
Command line Command to be executed when this item is selected
(Start with an asterisk if you want to define
several commands. Separate the commands with
plus signs, e.g. *TYPE A:DATA.FIL+PAUSE)
Parameters Parameters to be supplied with the command
Working directory Directory to switch to before issuing the command
Password A password which must be entered when selecting,
editing or deleting the menu item
Log File for logging the time spent with a given menu
item
To create a sub menu, you must do the following:
1) Type MENU MENUNAME (replace MENUNAME with a valid filename if
desired) as command for an item on a menu.
2) Select this item, and an empty menu will appear.
3) Edit the new menu.
If you would like to be prompted for PARAMETERS when a given item is
selected, you must type the prompt between two percent signs in the
parameter field, i.e. %File name% /X. The menu system will
display a dialog box for the user to enter parameters, which will
be inserted into the parameters at the location where the prompt was.

Press F1 and select "Keyboard" for more help about keys.
F3 = Exit menu system
F4 = TCfiler (copy, move, delete, rename files and directories)
F5 = TCeditor (edit ASCII files)
F6 = Go to DOS
F8 = Set date and time
Ins = Insert new item on the menu
Del = Delete menu item
Shift+F7 = Change colors for this menu
Alt+F7 = Move the menu on the screen (it is also possible to move
menu by "grabbing" its title with the mouse cursor (click
the mouse button and do not release it) and then drag the
menu to a new position on the screen)
Alt+F8 = Edit current menu item
Ctrl+F8 = Edit heading for this menu
Esc = Quit menu and return to previous level
To select from the menu, press the highlighted character for the
desired item, or move the cursor using the arrow keys and press Enter.

Menu Edit
From this menu you can select one of the following items:
Cut item Move the current menu item to the clipboard
Copy item Copy the current menu item to the clipboard
Paste item Retrieve the menu item on the clipboard and
insert it before or after the current menu
item
Insert item Insert a new menu item on the menu
Edit item Edit menu text and command for item
Delete item Delete this item from the menu
Heading Edit the heading for this menu
Set date and time
System configuration Edit AUTOEXEC.BAT and CONFIG.SYS

From this menu you can select one of the following items:
Colors Change colors for this menu
Display Select language and screen mode

Enter parameters for the program you have selected and press Enter,
or press Esc to return to the menu.

Set date and time
If your PC has a battery backed clock, the date and time will be
stored between each time you turn off the machine. Otherwise,
the date will start at january 1st, 1980, and then time will
start at 00:00.
Press Enter to store the new date and time in your PC's memory.
