On Ligon II, the crew of the Enterprise seek to acquire the only vaccine for a plague which is killing the inhabitants of the Federation colony on Styris IV. But when Tasha is kidnapped by the planets leader, jealousy erupts from Yareena whom ch
allenges Tasha in a fight to the death in a very unusual arena.
The Enterprise chases a Ferengi vessel carrying stolen cargo to an unknown planet, where both vessels are held captive by a sentinel called Portal. Here they are both questioned and only one would be allowed to go free while the other would be de
stroyed.
While stopped at Deep Space 9, Worf encounters an alien claiming that Worf's father is still alive and being held captive on a Romulan prison planet. Meanwhile, Dr Bashir, Geord
then returned by Q to the present, but things are drastically different on the Enterprise.
The Enterprise passes through an unusual energy cloud and unknowingly picks up an alien energy pattern. The Chief Engineer is murdered and strange behaviour is exhibited by Worf, Dr. Crusher and the Captain.
On a very peaceful planet with strict laws, Wesley breaks a law and is sentenced to death. Picard intervenes and must decide whether to let Wesley die or violate the Prime Directive.
A Ferengi Captain offers Picard a gift: the Stargazer, Picards first command vessel that he was forced to abandon after a battle with other Ferengi's. However, alterior motives abound as the Ferengi tries to seek revenge upon Picard by usin
g an illegal thought altering device.
Q reappears and offers Riker entrance to the "Q" continuum along with all of the powers. Riker must decide between being an omnipotent being or remaining on the Enterprise as a mortal.
Deanna announces she is to be married by a prearranged marriage. She meets her husband to be and he exhibits confusion on meeting her. Meanwhile, the Enterprise must deal with a ship carrying people with an incurable plague. Great performance by Majel

During a holodeck adventure, Picard, Crusher and another crew member are trapped in a simulation of 1941 San Francisco, where they are held captive by murderous thugs.
The Enterprise voyages to Data's homeworld where they discover a duplicate android in a disassembled state. Upon reassembly, Data's twin allies with the Crystalline Entity and endangers the lives of all the Enterprise occupants.
The away team search for a lost male crew on a planet dominated by women. Meanwhile the crew back on the Enterprise deal with a highly infectious virus.
The Binars, an alien race whose planet is threatened with extinction, steals the Enterprise to use it's computers to save their planet. They create an enhanced holodeck program to keep Picard and Riker on board while the rest of the ship'
s crew abandons it because of an implosion warning.
Barclay's fear of being transported intensifies after he encounters a mysterious creature while transporting back to the Enterprise from a marooned ship.
The Big E escorts Adm. Mark Jameson to a hostage situation on the planet Mordan IV where, 40 years ago, the admiral was also a negotiator. While there, both sides were supplied with arms resulting in civil war. Karnas, the hostage-taker, seeks re
venge against Jameson. However, Jameson is taking a drug in excessive dosages causing his aging to reverse, and Karnas is unable to recognize him as the man from 40 years past.
The sterile race on the mythical world of Aldea kidnaps seven children, including Wesley from the Enterprise in an attempt to perpetuate their culture.
On the terraforming colony of Velera III, an engineer is mysteriously killed by a laser drill. In their investigation, the crew find a microscopic form of intelligent life which they bring back to the Enterprise for study. The l
ifeform quickly perpetuates and begins to interfere with the computer functions of the Enterprise, thereby declaring war on the crew.
While Wesley undergoes the preliminary Starfleet Academy entrance exams, the crew undergo intense interogations by Admiral Quinn's aid, Lt. Cmdr. Remmick. Picard discovers that their may be a conspiracy in Starfleet.
The Enterprise rescues three Klingon warriors from a Talarian ship inside the Romulan Neutral Zone. One dies and the other two attempt to lure Worf into joining them on their quest for glory in battle. Worf is torn between his duty and his heritage.
The Klingons turn out to be fugitives that are being sought for crimes against the Empire.
The Enterprise crew investigate the disappearance of the USS Drake at the planet Minos. Here, both ship and away team are attacked by fierce drones that increase each time in efficieny and deadliness. Picard and an injured Dr. Crusher become trapped
on the planet while Geordi assumes command of the Enterprise and is forced to fight a battle against another cloaked drone.
The crew of the Enterprise find themselves in the middle of a dispute between the inhabitants of planet Brecca and Ornara. Brecca is supplying a narcotic to the Ornaran's whom believe it to be a cure for a plague which has ravaged their planet fo
r over 200 years. But Dr. Crusher discovers there is no longer any plague and the Ornarans are addicts. Even worse, the Breccan's know this but have continued to profit by saying nothing.
When Troi's shuttlecraft crash lands on an unexplored planet, the rescue mission quickly turns into tragedy when a malevolent creature named Armus kills one of the away team. Armus blocks the rescue attempts and asks to be taken to his homeworld i
n exchange for the shuttlecraft crew. Picard tries to reason with Armus and distract him while the Enterprise performs it's rescue. The show ends with a touching funeral in the holodeck.
A distress call brings the Enterprise in to investigate Dr. Paul Manhiem's research post. Time distortions and loops are experienced through out the galaxy as a result of an experiment gone awry. Picard discovers the wife of the doctor to be a forme
r girlfriend he last saw in Paris, 22 years ago. The lethal nature of the time experiments forces the Enterprise to send in Data to seal the tear with anti-matter.
Picard's suspicions are heightened when he is warned of an internal security threat to Starfleet Command. Data discovers many unusual records suurounding high ranking Starfleet officers. Upon returning to Earth, the crew discover a parasitic c
reature inhabiting the bodies of key Starfleet personnel.
Data rescues three cryogenically suspended American's from the 20th century. The Enterprise is then called to the Neutral Zone border outposts to investigate possible Romulan incursions into Federation space. Entire outposts have been destroye
d by some devastating force. A meeting with the Romulans reaches a climax when Picard discovers they have also suffered many destroyed outposts. Neither side knows what or whom caused this.
Dr. Pulaski's first appearance accompanied with the news of Deanna Troi's pregnancy and subsequant arrival of her son, Aaron. The crew must also cope with the transporting of a deadly plague to a research lab. The Enterprise is threatened wi
th a lethal dose of contamination when one of the bacteria begins accelerated reproduction.
The crew of the Enterprise becomes involved in a game of "rat maze" in a black, non-dimensional void. The Enterprise is slated to be reduced by one third of the crew for experimentation in the area of death by Nagilum. Picard refuses to play; he
and Riker set the self-destruct mechanism.
The game is afoot! In a holodeck Sherlock Holme game set to outwit Data, the master Criminal, Moriarty, comes to life. Dr. Pulaski's life, as is the safety of the Enterprise, is on the line, as Moriarty's interests push against the limits of the h
olodeck. Picard proves that it takes more than elementary to win the safety of the ship.

Renowned mediator Riva speaks through a Chorus of 3. He becomes "mute" when at Solais 5, his Chorus is vaporized. The future of the planet depends on this deaf mediator, who must find another form of communication.
Brilliant Dr. Ira Graves sees Data as an escape from his dying body into a body that will last forever. The crew quickly notice a change in Data, as they notice his newfound instability, arrogance and jealousy.
Everyone aboard the USS Lantree is dead from old age. The Enterprise investigates the last port of call at the Darwin Genetic Research Station on Gagarin IV. But the staff here have been infected with the same disease and believe it to have come
from the Lantree. They plead with Picard to save their genetically altered children; but in the process of examination, Pulaski becomes infected, forcing a search for a cure.
As part of a Federation Exchange program, Riker joins the Klingon vessel "Pagh" as first officer. A bacterium that attacks metal is suddenly discovered on the hull of the Enterprise and a cure effected. The Enterprise then must locate
the Pagh to warn them of the bacterium, but Capt. Kargan believes the Enterprise was responsible for the bacterium and plans to attack them. Riker's loyalties are then put to the test.
Bruce Maddux wants to create a "Data-like" android for every ship in Starfleet. However, in order to do this he must borrow Data to dismantle him to analyze. Data refuses his request and resigns from Starfleet when ordered to obey. A trial th
en ensues with Picard as Data's defense, and Riker as the prosecutor. The Judge Advocate General is Picard's adversary from his USS Stargazer trial. An excellent trial with Picard vs. Riker!
The Enterprise is used to transport Salia, the future ruler of Daled IV, back to her warring homeland where it is hoped she will end a centuries-old feud. During the voyage, Salia and Wesley become enamored, much to the distress of gua
rdian Anya, a shapeshifter, who, in monstrous form, fights Worf and threatens Wesley.
The sister ship to the Enterprise, Yamato, explodes mysteriously after seeking the legendary planet of Iconia, in the Neutral Zone. After studying the Yamato's computer logs. the Enterprise begins to experience the same system malfunction
s. Picard and Data beam down to Iconia to find a solution while Riker negotiates with a threatening Romulan War Vessel.
Orbiting above a remote planet, the Enterprise discovers a piece of a NASA ship lost over 280 years ago. The away team beams down to the only habitable area of the planet and find a casino/hotel complete with all of the characters of a novel c
alled "Hotel Royale". They also discover the remains of the astronaut who's been dead for 283 years. When they try to leave the hotel, they discover they are trapped.
When the Enterprise rescues a shuttlecraft adrift in space, they discover a duplicate but unconcious Capt. Picard inside. It is discovered that the second Picard is from six hours in the future where the Enterprise is destroyed by a powerful vor
tex. The first Picard must decide what went wrong and find the correct course of action before history repeats itself.
The research vessel "Aries" is in need of a Captain and Riker is offered the commission. However, Riker's father, whom he hasn't seen in 15 years, arrives to brief him on the mission. A bitter reunion. Meanwhile, Worf's friends try to figure out t
he cause of his sudden behaviour change. We get a rare look at the Klingon Right of Ascension.
Ooops! Data inadvertently responds to a young alien girl's call: "Is anyone out there?" Tectonic activity threatens to destroy the planet of the alien girl and her people, the Selcundi Drema. The Enterprise crew try to track down the source of
the geologic activity and save the planet from imminent disaster.
Q returns and tries to prove the crew of the Enterprise needs him. Picard refuses to let Q sign on as a crew member so Q hurls the entire ship into an area of space controlled by the Borg, a machine-like race of extreme destructive power. The Ente
rprise crew quickly determine they are no match for the Borg forces when they are attacked without provocation.
Wesley and Picard travel together to Starbase 515. While Wesley takes a set of Starfleet exams, Picard is forced to undergo surgery to replace a faulty heart implanted years ago. Meanwhile on the Enterprise, Geordi is kidnapped by a group of bac
kwards, technology-hungry Paklids. Riker and Geordi devise a scheme to fool the Paklids.
When solar flares begin to devastate a planet, the Enterprise relocates one of two colonies from an old Earth ship. The other colony is located on another planet - a colony which has been cloning itself for hundreds of years and is now experienci
ng chromosomal problems. They request tissue donors from the Enterprise but are turned down. In desperation they steal tissue from Riker and Pulaski.
The Enterprise is used to transport Antedian delegates to a conference on Pacifica. They also transport Lwaxana Troi who is going through a "Betazoid phase" where her normal sex drive is quadrupled. She tries to snare Picard but is unsucce
ssful so she sets her sights on Riker.
A stellar physicist is aboard to monitor rare stellar explosions and conduct a once-in-a-lifetime experiment by launching a probe. Meanwhile, one of Wesley's science experiments goes awry and several "Nanites", microscopic robots that rep
air cells, begin to invade the ship's computer core. The ship is plagued with malfunctions. Finally Data allows the Nanites to enter his own systems so that they may communicate with Picard.
Another alien take-over-a-body episode in which Troi is afflicted with the negative emotions of an alien ambassador in the Rekag-Bironi system. She then becomes his evil pawn to aid him in the completion of his mission. An excellent climax where Pica
rd throws away the "political etiquette" and intervenes.
The Enterprise discovers "Scotty" in a transporter diagnostic loop on a derelict freighter that has crashed into a Dyson Sphere. Scotty quickly discovers that he has much to learn of the new Enterprise, and begins to feel he is in the way as th
e crew investigate the sphere. He vists his old bridge on the holodeck and has a talk with Picard. He and Geordi finally revisit his downed ship while the Enterprise enters the sphere.
Picard and the Away Team travel back to the 19th century in an attempt to locate Data and also discover the secrets to the alien intrusions. Trouble occurs when Samuel Clemens claims Data and Guinan are invaders and tries to block their plans.
The Enterprise travels back to Earth on the request of an Archaeological team that has discovered some very unusual artifacts which suggest alien intrusions in the 19th century. One of the artifacts is Data's head which proves he and possibly othe
rs from the Enterprise were present in the 19th century. Later on a planet discovered to exhibit the same traces of trialic waves, Data is accidentally transported back to the 19th century.
The Enterprise encounters an ancient probe travelling through space. As they analyze it, a beam is emitted which strikes Picard and puts him into a coma-like state. Unconcious, Picard thens lives out an entire life on a distant planet destined for
extinction. Here he has a wife, friends, and family and eventually discovers the secret of his alternate life. Back on the Enterprise, only 20 - 25 minutes elapse in real time. The BEST YET!
Ro and Geordi are phase-shifted during transport back to the Enterprise from a crippled Romulan vessel. The crew thinks they have been killed, however Ro and Geordi are still inhabiting the Enterprise and discover a plot by the Romulan's to de
stroy the Enterprise. It's a race against time as they try to find a way of warning the Captain.
The Enterprise discover a crashed Borg scout vessel with one survivor. Both Guinan and the Captain are very apprehensive about bringing him aboard; geordi befriends the borg and names him "Hugh". A confontation between Picard and Hugh rev
eals some interesting facts about the Picard/Locutus relationship. Hugh learns more about the humans and begins to question his own future in the Borg collective.
A group of Klingons, placed in suspended animation nearly a century ago during the wars is about to awaken. Because of this a special emissary, and former love interest of Worf, is sent to the Enterprise to mediate the problem. But business makes
time for romance, as the love affair is rekindled during a calasthetics program on the holodeck.
Riker takes command of the USS Hathaway in a war-game against the Enterprise, but when a Ferengi vessel suudenly appears on the scene and takes shots at the Enterprise, Picard must revert to real-life tactics to save the lives of those on
both ships. A sideline story sets Data against the master, but somewhat arrogant, strategist Kolrami in a game of Strategema. Cleverly written.
While on the planet Surata IV, Riker is stung by a plant that releases a microbe into his body which is not detected or filtered out by the transporters. In a desperate attempt to save him from certain death, Pulaski uses direct mind st
imulation to induce dreams which seem to produce chemicals that the microbe does not like. Dreams are seen in the form of flashbacks, and some dreams are more effective than others.
111 years after a treaty was signed, which states that the Sheliak have a right to a planet in the Tau Sigma system, the Sheliak demand that the 15,000 human inhabitants must be evacuated before they arrive or they will be eradicated. But the inha
bitants do not want to leave. The Enterprise must find a way to evacuate them all in 3 days, and because of hyperonic radiation, the transporters will not work.
After responding to a distress call from Delta Rana IV, the Enterprise discovers only 2 survivors of 11,000 inhabitants. The crew cannot figure out why these 2 and there home were spared while the rest of the planet was decimated from an attac
k by an alien craft. Troi is slowly driven mad by music in her mind, and the Enterprise comes under attack by the vessel they believe ravaged the planet.
On Mintaka III, the reactor that is used to power a holographic blind malfunctions and exposes a group of anthropologists to the natives they are studying. When the Enterprise comes to the rescue, one of the proto- vulcan natives, is injured
and taken aboard the Enterprise for treatment. he encounters Picard and returns to his people with the news that Picard is a God. The Captain then intervenes to try to patch up the damages.
Worf leads an Away Team on an archaeological mission and run into trouble when an explosion kills one of the archaeologists. Her son is informed of the loss but then later encounters his mother, alive and well. The crew discover this to be an alie
n from the planet that is feeling guilty over the accident; the alien insists on taking care of Jeremy and bringing him up and the planet below. But Picard and Troi intervene.
The Enterprise discovers a Promelian battle cruiser in an uncharted asteroid belt; the crew of the thousand year old ship are all dead now and suddenly the Enterprise becomes ensnared in the same trap the battle ship was held in. In an attempt
to break free, Geordi recreates the original propulsion expert on the holodeck to aid him. They race with time as the ships power is drained and they face lethal levels of radiation.
Stranded on the hostile planet of Galorndan Core, Geordi and an injured Romulan from a crashed ship must set aside their differences in order to survive. The Enterprise is unable to reach Geordi because of the severe storms and the threat of at
tack from a Romulan warbird. Meanwhile, Worf is asked to help save a dying Romulan in sick bay through a blood transfusion, but his hatred for the Romulans prevents him from doing so.
When the Barzans discover what they believe to be a stable wormhole, the Enterprise plays host to the negotiations for the rights to the wormhole. Troi is swept into a romance with one of the negotiators that is using unethical means to conduct
his business. Data and Geordi decide to enter the wormhole to find out it's true stability and the Ferengi's make plans to obtain the wormhole through deceptive means.
Picard attempts to negotiate a reconcilliation between the Gatherers from Acamar III, and their home planet, in order to put a stop to raids on Federation stations. But a mysterious assassin upsets the talks when the last members of a clan begi
n to die and a century old feud is rekindled.
A Romulan claiming to be a logistics officer defects to the Enterprise with news that the empire is building a secret base on a planet in the Neutral Zone. When it is discovered he is actually Admiral Jarok, Picard questions the validity of h
is claims; however, the story comes to a memorable climax when the Enterprise travels into the Neutral Zone to verify Jarok's claims.
While negotiating with the people of Angosia for possible Federation membership, the Enterprise helps recapture an escaped fugitive from the prison colony on Luna 5. The crew discovers the prisoner to be a genetically altered soldier
that cannot be deprogrammed, a soldier that was used in the last planetary war. When they attempt to return him, he escapes aboard the Enterprise and endangers the safety of the ship.
While visiting Rutia IV to deliver medical supplies, Dr. Crusher is kidnapped by Ansata terrorists who hope to use her in negotiations to gain recognition from the Eastern continent. But Crusher soon discovers that the terrorists are dying fr
om using dimensional shifts to conduct their raids. When they make an attempt at destroying the Enterprise and it fails, they instead, kidnap Captain Picard.
While attempting to save a planet from an incoming asteroid, Q arrives, stark naked and powerless on the bridge. He explains he has been stripped of his powers and made a mortal to serve out the remainder of his life with the humans. His presen
ce interferes with the ship's rescue plans and then is further hampered when an energy race called the Kala'Myran attack the ship to destroy Q.
As Riker beams back from a research station orbiting Taneka IV, it explodes and he is accused of it's destruction. A scientist, Dr. Apgar who was attempting to create a power source from Kreiger waves is killed during the explosion. The o
fficials of the planet demand Riker to stand trial for murder, which, if found guilty, will mean his death. Meanwhile, stray Kreiger waves ravage the Enterprise at precise intervals.
A time rift in space brings back the Enterprise 1701C, which was lost 23 years ago in a battle against 2 Romulan ships. The rift alters the present time line and we now see the Federation at war with the Klingons, Worf is gone, and Tasha Yar is aliv
e. Guinan warns Picard of the shift, who must now decide which timeline is correct. The climax sees one of the best battle sequences ever shown on TNG.
To the surprise of the Captain and crew, Data becomes a father when he creates an android similar in functionality to himself. Through the use of neural transferring he is able to teach "Lal" everything he knows. Starfleet learns of the and
roid and decides it wants to conduct a study of her; the confusion and turmoil spark something within Lal that even Data does not possess: feelings.
Worf discovers that he has a brother and that he needs his help to defend their family name against accusations of treason. Picard joins in the effort to help in order to save his security chief from a certain death by the Klingon High Council.
The Captain is imprisoned by an unknown alien along with a Starfleet cadet, an alien from a peaceful race, and another from a warrior race. Back on the Enterprise, a duplicate or "doppleganger" of the captain exhibits strange behaviour
and endangers the crew when he orders them to investigate a high radiation star close up.
The Captain takes a holiday to Risa on the advice of Troi and Riker. Here, he becomes enmeshed in the search for the Tax Utat, a device from the 27th century. It is also being sought by an attractive archaeologist, a Ferengi, and two Vorgons fr
om the future. Picard gets an adventure in romance, intrigue and danger; much more than he had planned for.
While delivering tissue samples to Narmi IV to combat Corellian fever, two crewmen are exposed to a mysterious chemical which begins altering some materials they touch. While Geordi wrestles with this mystery, he must also deal with Lt. Reginald
Barclay, an introverted member of his crew that is more comfortable in the holodeck with fantasies than he is with the real world outside.
A newly discovered lifeform has the Romulans and the Enterprise racing toward a soon-to-collapse star. A Betazoid, Tam, unknown to others, has been in contact with the "Tin Man", and only Data seems to be able to help him.
Data is dead; or is he? While transporting a very unstable Hitritium, needed to neutralize the contamination on the planet Beta Agni II, the shuttle that Data is on explodes. Thinking that Data is dead, the ship leaves. Data becomes a new
possession in the collection for Fajo, however, a very uncooperative one. The final question is: can Data kill?
Hosility and violence follows in the wake of the presence of Sarek, the father of Spock, who appears to be suffering from Bendai syndrome. Only a mindmeld with Picard allows Sarek to complete his negotiations with the Legarans.
While Wesley prepares to leave to take his final exams before entering Starfleet Academy, Riker, Deanna and Lwaxanna are kidnapped by Ferengi traders, whose doctor wants Lwaxanna to undergo a potentially fatal neural scan. But it seems that the
Ferengi captain, DaiMon Tog has other thoughts regarding Lwaxanna.
The crew of the Enterprise comes to the aid of a lone survivor of a crash, who cannot remember anything before his rescue. John Doe's body is in the process of cell mutation, where he is able to work miracles on the injured. But it appears th
at his unknown past is catching up to him.
The Borg destroy the New Provident Colony, and the Enterprise is the first line of defense. The Borg expert, Commander Shelby, not only wants to get the Borg, she also wants to get Commander Riker's position, should he accept the captaincy that h
e has been offered. Unfortunatley, the Borg decide that in the process of assimulating the humans, Picard would be the perfect spokesman as Locutus. A classic "cliffhanger".
Riker takes charge and must devise a plan to rescue the Captain from the Borg, who have now turned Picard into Locutus, the voice of the Borg. They chase the Borg to Wolf 359 where the Borg have annihilated most of Starfleet's best vessels an
d then on to Earth where they make their final confrontation.
Immediately following the Borg's destruction, the Enterprise is stationed at Earth for repairs. While there, Picard pays a visit to his home village of Labarre, France; and Worf's human parents come aboard the Enterprise to discuss their son's discomm
odation from the Klingon Empire. Dr. Crusher gives a message to Wesley that was prepared by his father the day Wesley was born.
A child poisoned by a palm in the arborettum while playing is in need of urgent medical attention. While on route to the Starbase, Data suddenly changes and takes control of the bridge and eventually all of the ships functions. He hijacks the s
hip and takes it to a planet where he beams down to the lab of Dr. Noonian Soong. As the crew tries to overide the security locks and regain control of the ship, Data meets Lore once again. And on the planet, Soong unveils a new "emotion chip"
When the Enterprise discovers a drifting Talarian freighter, they soon realize that one of the five young male crewmembers is human. A little investigation reveals the boy to be Jeremiah Rossa, missing since his home world was attacked years ag
o. But the boy soon becomes the object of heated discussions between Picard and the Talarians, who now are demanding his return.
When Wesley's experiments in Engineering with Warp bubbles and Kosinski theorems fail, members of the ships crew start to disappear along with all records of them ever existing. The only person who can even remember the missing people is Dr. Crush
When a distress call from a doomed ship over Turkana IV summons the Enterprise, they arrive in time to see it explode in the atmosphere and soon discover an escape pod has made it to the surface. The Away Team are forced to beam down to the
planet to locate the officers and find themselves involved in a bitter power struggle with 2 warring factions. In one of the factions is Tasha Yar's sister, Ishara Yar.
K'Ehleyr shows up on the Enterprise with Worf's son. Meanwhile a dying K'mpec asks Picard to find out which of his two possible predecessors is poisoning him.
Riker passes out on a planet from being gassed, but when he wakes up, 16 years have passed and he is now the Captain of the Enterprise. He also discovers he has a son. Riker is also the key player involved in a peace accord with the Romulans.
Wesley is accepted into Starfleet Academy, but as a final act aboard the Enterprise he accompanies Picard on a diplomatic mission to Pentarus 5. When their shuttlecraft crashes on a desert planet, they find a strange cavern where the only sourc
e of water is protected by a sentinel. Meanwhile, Riker must deal with a drifting radioactive freighter heading for a populated planet.

Arda's claims appear true to the Ventaxian people, Picard challenges Ardra to an arbitration, where Data is the Judge, and if he loses, Picard would become her personal servant.
While investigating an uncharted planet the crew apparently blacks out for 30 seconds. But evidence starts to convince Picard and the crew that they were out for more than 24 hours and the only one that knows the truth is Data.
When Riker is critically wounded during a first contact mission, Picard must speed up the procedures for bringing the planet into the Federation. But the official do not trust Picard entirely and view Riker as a hostile alien, a scout for a prelud
e to invasion. A scientist, Mirasta Yale, helps Picard to convince the Chancellor that the Federation intentions are peaceful.
The crew discover a new lifeform in space and when they come closer to investigate, the creature attacks and forces the Enterprise to try stunning it. Unfortunately, the alien dies from the phaser hit and Crusher must aid in delivering it's
baby. Once delivered, the baby tries draining energy from the ship as it nurses. Geordi and Dr. Leah Brahms, who has come aboard, must work together to find a way to wean the baby.
The USS Brittain is found drifting through space with all but one of it's crew dead. When they investigate the reasons, the Enterprise becomes trapped in a Tyken's Rift, a tear in the fabric of space where the crew slowly goes mad from dream
deprivation.
When several members of an Away Team mission from years ago begin to disappear, Geordi and Leitjen (his former commander) return in the Enterprise to the planet where the mission took place. Leitjen suddenly begins to metamorphose and
is restrained in sickbay; Dr. Crusher races with time to find a cure to the strange affliction but not before Geordi is affected and escapes to the planet where the others have vanished!
The Argus telescopic array has mysteriously malfunctioned, and the Enterprise discover an alien probe they believe is responsible for the failures. When Geordi and Barclay investigate the probe via a shuttlecraft they are hit by a burst of
energy that effects Barclay and causes his intelligence to go up exponentially. Barclay saves the array and then takes over the Enterprise computer to guide the ship through a space rift.
When Vash shows up on the Enterprise during an archaeology conference, Q discovers a way to pay back Picard for his past help. He sends Picard, Vash, and bridge crew back to old England where they take on the roles of Robin Hood and his Merry Me

When a Klingon exchange officer is charged with treason, a trial ensues followed by a witch hunt where an innocent young ensign is affected. Picard takes the defense and is then implicated and accused of being a traitor.
A Kaelon scientist boards the Enterprise to conduct an experiment on his planet's sun, which is approaching burn-out. Lwaxana Troi is aboard also and quickly becomes involved with the scientist. But when she discovers that his people's
tradition demands he committ a ritualistic suicide at a age 60, she becomes outraged and seeks Picard's help. But he finds he cannot do anything until the scientist himself asks for help.
Dr. Crusher is in love! But when the alien she desires turns out to be a symbiotic host, her love is really put to the test, especially when the body dies and the parasitic creature is transferred to Riker's body until a more stable donor can be
found.
Geordi takes a holiday trip to Risa; however, he is kidnapped and brainwashed by the Romulan's and then sent back to the Enterprise to assassinate the Klingon Governor of Krios and thereby make the Federation directly responsible. Howev
er, Data notices some subtle differences in his best friend's behaviour and begins to investigate.

When Picard journeys to the Klingon empire to complete his duties in placing Gowron on the throne, Worf and his brother seek the restoration of their family name. But when the Duras family names their own successor, civil war begins and threat

The Crystalline Entity, last seen during the encounters with Data's twin, Lore, returns to wreak destruction on a planet being prepared for colonization. An elderly scientist, whose son was killed by the Entity on Data's homeworld is called
in to investigate. At first she accuses Data of being in communication with the Entity, but as she works with Data she changes and decides to destroy the Entity for revenge.
As the Captain is about to give three young science fair winners a tour of the ship, the Enterprise strikes a "cosmic string". The ship is crippled and the computers are severely effected. Picard is trapped in the turbo lift with the children; a p
regnant Keiko and Worf in 10-forward; and Troi, Ro, and O'Brien on the bridge. Troi, being the senior officer on the bridge, takes command and races with time before the ship self-destructs.
Oh no, another Wesley saves the Enterprise episode! When Wesley returns for a visit he becomes infatuated with young engineer, Robin Lefler. Meanwhile, Riker flirts with the wrong woman on Risa who gets him hooked on a visual game that brain
washes it's users. When the entire crew seems addicted, Wesley and Lefler investigate only to discover an alien takeover attempt. The "addicts" sabotage Data to prevent his interference and only Wesley can revive him.
Picard and Data go incognito to Romulus, the Romulan homeworld, to seek out and return Ambassador Spock, whom is reported to have violated orders by performing an unauthorized mission of peace. Meanwhile, Riker investigates the disappearn
ce of decommissioned ships from a Federation dockyard.
Picard and Data find Spock on Romulus and discover the reasons for his being there. Spock refuses to leave and when the group are captured by the Romulans, Picard comes face to face with Sela once again. Riker completes his own investigation of th
e missing Vulcan ships: they are being used for a planned takeover of the planet Vulcan by the Romulans.
While the Enterprise seeks a solution to a geological problem on Penthara IV, a time traveller from the 26th century drops in to observe the crew and ask questions. His actions become suspicious as items around the ship begin to disappear. Picard
seeks the traveller's help when he cannot decide the proper course of action to save the planet, but the knowledge could endanger the present and future of the Federation.

everley to attempt a radical experiment to replace Worf's spine, but Beverley is very much opposed to the procedure. Horns lock between the two doctors until Picard is called in to mediate.
