  10. Using a mouse with RHWEDT inside a Deskview window 
  11. may cause a lockup.  Per  a customer, his Deskview 
  12. "change program" parameters included "virtualize  
  13. text/graphics."  When this option was set to "N" he 
  14. was able to get Webs to  work fine.
