  3.   If you are upgrading from V1.3x of RATS then delete all *.cfg files
  4.   in the RATS directory, and run RatsCfg to create the Global.Cfg file.
  5.   Your user file, RATS.DAT will still be vailid, however, after setting
  6.   everything up in RatsCfg (Don't try editing a user), you will need
  7.   to run RMU once to create the user index files.

  9.   You no longer run RATS with a batch file, details can be found in the
  10.   documentation.

  13.   We hope you will like the changes we have made to RATS for this release,
  14.   and we have made most of the new options Sysop Configurable, so nothing
  15.   is forced on you.
