------------------------ SUMMARY ----------------------------------
PutTime is a command line program to put a date and time stamp in a
text file along with an option text description. This can be used
in batch files to record machine operation such as booting, program
runs, etc...
------------------ TO INSTALL AND RUN -----------------------------
To install, simply copy PutTime to a directory in you path or the
directory from which you will be running PutTime. To run, simply
type PUTTIME followed by the name of the file to which you want
the date and time written. Optionally you can enter text after the
file name to be written into the file along with the date and time.
If you specify no command line paramaters, instructions for operation
of PutTime will be displayed.

freely. The only restrictions placed upon the distribution and use
of PutTime are:
1. PutTime may not be sold, although a modest distribution fee may
