  17.     ------------------------ SUMMARY ----------------------------------

  19.     PutTime is a command line program to put a date and time stamp in a
  20.     text file along with an option text description.  This can be used
  21.     in batch files to record machine operation such as booting, program
  22.     runs, etc...

  24.     ------------------ TO INSTALL AND RUN -----------------------------
  25.  
  26.     To install, simply copy PutTime to a directory in you path or the
  27.     directory from which you will be running PutTime.  To run, simply
  28.     type PUTTIME followed by the name of the file to which you want
  29.     the date and time written.  Optionally you can enter text after the
  30.     file name to be written into the file along with the date and time.
  31.     If you specify no command line paramaters, instructions for operation
  32.     of PutTime will be displayed.
