  4. PmMath is a program designed to be used by parents, tutors or even teachers. It 
  5. was designed with the intention that a "teacher" be at the controls and a 
  6. student watching the screen. It is best thought of as an elaborate set of flash 
  7. cards. This version of the program is shareware.  Please register and support 
  8. educational software for OS/2.

  18. PmSpell being the other.  I use both programs five times a week with my own two 
  19. children.  This helps the children and helps me pick up any bugs or design

  34. Note that if you have "Teacher Answer" selected (under options) you will need 
  35. to build a little cardboard window that lets you see the teacher answers but 
  36. not the student.

  38. o Select the Profile from the menu. 
  39.  
  40. o Select the Question types you want.

  42. o (Optional but recommended)Save the setup as a .Prf file. 
  43.  
  44. o Press the "Next Question" button. 
  45.  
  46. o Press the "Answer" button when you wish the student to see the answer.

  53. The File menu contains commands that you use to create, open, and save student 
  54. profiles. Profiles are simply a data file that keeps track of the options you 
  55. select for a student. The following commands appear in the File menu: 
  56.  
  57. New            Creates a new student profile 
  58.  
  59. Open           Opens an existing profile 
  60.  
  61. Save           Saves any changes to current profile 
  62.  
  63. Save As        Saves the current profile using a new name 
  64.  
  65.

  68.  You can create a new student profile by using the New command. To create a new 
  69. profile, do the following:

  71. o Select the File menu and choose the New command.

  73.  The words "New Student" appears in the title bar of the new file.

  78. You can open a profile that exists on any drive or in any directory by using 
  79. the Open command. To open a profile, do the following:

  81. o Select the File menu and choose the Open command.

  83. A dialog box appears, showing you a list of files in the current directory.

  88. You use the Save command to save changes you've made to your profile. To save 
  89. changes to the current profile, do the following:
