  11.             This file describes the different  versions of the PC Pursuit
  12.         Library, and the  bugs  (oops!)  that  were  corrected.  It  also
  13.         includes the features that were added.

  18.            This version of PC Pursuit Utilities includes the changes made
  19.         to area codes 201, 213, 216, 310, 818, 908 and 919.  The outdials
  20.         CAGLE, CALAN, NCRTP, NJNEW and OHCLE   were all updated this past
  21.         month.  All of these changes are incorporated  into this version.
  22.         No new outdials or area codes were added.

  27.             This version number was NOT used.  To use this version number
  28.         would indicate that a NEW OUTDIAL was added, when none was added.

  35.             Talk about fast  updates,  just  two  days  after  ILCHI  was
  36.         updated, DCWAS was updated!  It looks like a lot of area code 202
  37.         was deleted, and area codes 301 and  703 each had a few exchanges
  38.         added.

  43.             SprintNet is moving fast  to  update  their  outdials.   As a
  44.         result of that the outdial ILCHI was just updated.  Area code 312
  45.         lost a lot of exchanges, while  area  code  708 has gained a few.
  46.         This  is  mostly   due   to   the   local   telephone   companies
  47.         restructuring.

  52.             SprintNet has again updated their  outdials, in what seems to
  53.         be a continuing series.  The outdial GAATL was updated this date.

  76.             Today SprintNet added 129 NEW exchanges to the area code 516. 
  77.         Seventeen of them were old ones that  could be reached via NYNYO,
  78.         so they did not count as new  exchanges.   These figures combined
  79.         give  the  NEW  total  of  345  exchanges  in  516  that  are  PC
  80.         Pursuitable.  The OLD total was  199  exchanges via NYHEM, and 17
  81.         exchanges  via  NYNYO.   Add  these  together  with  the  129 NEW
  82.         exchanges and you get the current total of 345 exchanges.

  87.             This is a bug fix.  I messed up!  I used my OLD .xch files to
  88.         make the previous version of the PCP.Library file, and because of 
  89.         that the area code 310  was  left  totally  blank!   This version
  90.         corrects that problem.  I would not  have noticed it at all, if a
  91.         person on the PC Pursuit bulletin  board had not mentioned it.  I
  92.         usually run several test files  to  flush  out errors, but if you
  93.         never ask for area code 310 then you will never find the problem.
  94.         I changed them and they now ask  for  area code 310...  There was
  95.         also a problem with the PCPList  program  (on the AMIGA version).
  96.         I declared a unsigned  char  pointer  as  a char pointer, causing
  97.         nothing to be printed.  I fixed it!

  102.             The outdial for NYNYO had some changes  made to it, but still
  103.         no new outdials or area codes as of yet!

  145.             Now we are moving.  Three outdials were updated on this date,
  146.         and area code 310  was  added  to  the  outdial  CASAN,  also the
  147.         dialing sequence for  this  outdial  has  changed.   The outdials
  148.         CACOL and CASDI had minor changes made to them.

  153.             In this version of the  library  the  outdial  AZPHO had some
  154.         changes made to it, nothing major.

  159.             The outdials CAGLE and CALAN  had  the area code 310 added to
  160.         them.  THe dialing sequence for these outdials has changed also.

  165.             Now were are moving again.  Five of the outdials were updated
  166.         on this date.  The outdial's  CAPAL  and  CASJO had the area code
  167.         510 added to them, CAPAL also added  the area code 408, and NJNBR
  168.         had area code 201 added.  The outdial MABOS had several exchanges
  169.         added, along with NJNBR and NJNEW.   PCPFind and PCPList now will
  170.         check the PATH  entered  with  the  program  name  to  see if the
  171.         PCP.Library is there first,  then  the CURRENT directory then the
  172.         LIBS: directory.  Run  PCPList  through  your  favorite  BBS list
  173.         again, they just might be PC Pursuitable now...

  178.             Finally the area code 510  has  been  added  to our database.
  179.         Two outdials have changed due to this update.  They are CAOAK and
  180.         CASFA.  When using area code 415 with  CAOAK, you now need to use
  181.         a 1 - 415.  When using area  code  510  in CASFA you need the 1 -
  182.         510 when dialing.  Of course  the  PC  Pursuit Utilities programs
  183.         take care of all of this for you!   A change was also made in the
  184.         function that looks for the PCP.Library file.  First it will look
  185.         in your  current  directory,  then  it  will  look into the LIBS:
  186.         directory.  This change is due to  a suggestion by Billy Bradford
  187.         on the PC Pursuit BBS.

  210.             OK, today,  Halloween,  SprintNet  added  25 new exchanges to
  211.         CASAC area code 916.  Some of the exchanges added now require you
  212.         to use 1 - area code to get to them.

  217.             Ok, finally we have a  NEW  OUTDIAL!   Yes,  its been several
  218.         months, but we now have New Orleans, LA!  The outdial mnemonic is
  219.         LANOR, area code 504.

  224.             In this version just  a  "PAPERWORK"  change  was  made.  The
  225.         outdial NJNBR had area code 201 DELETED.   If you look closely at
  226.         the exchange files, you will notice  that all of the exchanges in
  227.         NJNBR are the same for both area codes.   Area code 201 NJNBR has
  228.         been deleted from the PCP.Library to reflect this change.  ALL of
  229.         the exchanges are still  reachable  in area code 201, EXCEPT, you
  230.         now must dial them through NJNBR 908.  This is what I was told by
  231.         the PC Pursuit Customer Service Department.

  236.             OK, now they got my  attention,  another  NEW  outdial.  This
  237.         time it is MIAAR in area code 313.

  362.         Library had a  version  number  added  with  this  version, it is
  363.         Version 3.00.  Anytime that the  PCP.Library  file  is changed it
  364.         will have a NEW version number.    The  version number will be +1
  365.         for a NEW OUTDIAL, and +.1 for a CHANGED outdial.
