  1. PC-Flow, the Personal Cash Flow Forecasting & Budgeting System, lets you to
  2. forecast and analyze your budget's cash flow. You define a proposed budget
  3. based on a series of transaction definitions that define your upcoming
  4. income and expenses. The analysis reports show projected cash flow in as
  5. much detail as you want; that is, by day, week, month, or year.  In
  6. addition, breakdowns by budget classifications can be produced over
  7. selectable time periods. Detailed help for all facilities and entry fields
  8. is available.

  10. PC-Flow has been designed so that you can use it as simple or as complex as
  11. you want. This means that PC-Flow is quick and easy to set up since you are
  12. not forced to use its advanced features until you want to.  That means that 
  13. your initial forecast can be done in approximately 30 to 60 minutes.

  15. To install PC-Flow, copy all PC-Flow files to the same directory.

  17. To execute the PC-Flow program, type "PCF" at the DOS prompt. Press <F1> 
  18. for help on the title screen to find out how to get started using PC-Flow.

  20. Refer to the User's Guide for more detailed installation instructions and 
  21. tips on how to use PC-Flow. The User's Guide also has a Quick Start section 
  22. to help you get started using PC-Flow. To view the User's Guide on the 
  23. disk, use these commands from the DOS command line:

  25.      TYPE PCFLOW.DOC|MORE   -- displays the manual on your screen
  26.      TYPE PCFLOW.DOC>PRN    -- prints the manual on your printer
