  4. Depending on where you live and who you know, this can be one of the most
  5. frustrating things that you will ever encounter.  The easiest thing is to use
  6. a service provider, but that's also the most expensive.  Here's a list to
  7. help you.

  10.      2) A large company or organisation
  11.      3) A BBS that has access
  12.      4) any of the following International/National UUCP service providers:
