  22.         GEDCOM files are a means of transmitting genealogical information
  23.         from one computer to another. The format, standardized by the LDS
  24.         church, is not suitable for use as a database, nor for easy
  25.         viewing by humans.

  27.         PMGEDBrowse is file viewer for GEDCOM files. It requires OS/2 2.0.
  28.         Full on-line help is provided.  It can be executed from the
  29.         command line, or by creating a Program Object. The Working
  30.         Directory should be thes same as the one containing the EXE and
  31.         HLP files. An INI file will be created in that directory, which
  32.         preserves your window sizes and last data directory accessed.
