  20.         PAFBak should be run as part of a batch  file which will run your
  21.         Family Records (FR) program.  A sample batch file is supplied.  A
  22.         similar batch file can be created for the Research Data  Filer
  23.         (RDF) and the Genealogical Information Exchange (GIE).  Each time
  24.         you exit PAF, PAFBak will check the specified directory for all
  25.         .DAT files, and will copy them to floppy diskette(s).  If your
  26.         data is voluminous, multiple diskettes are automatically
  27.         supported.  Files are selected on a best fit basis to reduce the
  28.         number of back-up diskettes.

  30.         NOTE: Files are NOT split between back-up diskettes so any single
  31.         file cannot exceed the size of your backup diskettes.

  33.         Prior to copying the data to the back-up diskette, the diskette
  34.         will be  cleaned of data.  PAFBak will format diskettes, if
  35.         requested.  PAFBak will support a mouse, if a mouse driver is
  36.         found.  PAFBak will copy to 360, 720, 1.2 or 1.44 meg diskettes. 
  37.         PAFBak will only run on a 100% IBM compatible computer, with at
  38.         least 256K of memory.  It will run on MONO, Hercules graphics,
  39.         CGA, EGA or VGA monitors,  but will look best if run on a color
  40.         system.
