  26.         Worksheet Generator for PAF will create a worksheet for an
  27.         individual which contains the information found in a PAF database
  28.         that relates to that person.

  33.         Worksheet Generator extracts information about an individual from
  34.         the PAF database  (files INDIV2.DAT, MARR2.DAT, NAME2.DAT and
  35.         NOTES2.DAT) to create a work sheet.  This worksheet contains all
  36.         information found in these files that relates to that person,
  37.         including the person's parents, spouse(s), children, their
  38.         spouse(s), and grandchildren.  The worksheet is shown on the
  39.         screen, printed, or copied to a user-designated file.

  41.         The individual is selected by RIN.  If the RIN is not known,
  42.         WS4PAF provides a search screen similar to that in PAF to help
  43.         locate the correct individual.  Once the individual is located
  44.         WS4PAF creates the worksheet.  You have the option of including or
  45.         excluding Notes.

  47.         WS4PAF only READS and does not write to PAF files.  There should
  48.         be no disruption of your PAF data files by WS4PAF.  However, it is
  49.         good practice to ALWAYS have a back-up of your data whenever you
  50.         use a new program and especially after you have added to or
  51.         changed any information in your database.
