  26.         CFR provides a convenient method to find differences between two
  27.         PAF data files. It  was developed to help recognize, reconcile and
  28.         communicate differences within a family where several individuals
  29.         were actively working on the family history. It eliminates a  lot
  30.         of reprinting and manual proofing.

  35.         The purpose of this program is to allow a much more convenient
  36.         method to  find differences and make changes for the data files
  37.         created by the Personal Ancestral File program (PAF).  This
  38.         program allows the computer to do much of the work of comparing
  39.         two different Genealogical data bases.  The amount of information
  40.         compared within both data bases is determined by the operator. 
  41.         The choices are; 1. Direct line, Ancestors only, 2. All lines,
  42.         Ancestors & Decedents except multiple marriages.  If the
  43.         individual, marriage or notes are not the same, the differences
  44.         are displayed on the screen, printed  and/or copied to a compare
  45.         log.  A different RIN or MRIN is not considered a difference. 
  46.         This eliminates a lot of printing and proofing required to do the
  47.         same job with only PAF.
