\~Every customer who uses PUBLIC ACCESS creates a history record. All this information is kept as an audit trail of sorts in case a customer later gets a charge on their credit card that they question. It all gets viewed here. One Customer/One

\~The site can elect to erase a whole record (if payment up to date - payment posted), just the charges, or an individual charge.

\~Pressing the [F6] key will give you a session by session view of all sessions while the customer was using PA.

\~The '(L)' column represents local calls 'Y' for Yes and 'N' for No, '*' for Not Applicable.

\~You have the capability to print out your income reports from any date to any other date. Printing is done using standard Epson printer commands and the print out formatted to 11"x14" paper. Print out options include:

\~\+'$=ca$h, C=Credit Card, B=Both'
\~
\~Select 'ca$h' only reports by typing a '$' in the indicated field.
\~
\~Select 'Credit Card' only reports by typing a 'C' in the indicated field.
\~
\~Select 'Both' for reports that would include both transactions, by typing a 'B' in the indicated field.

\~Select A or D depending which order you what your report to print out in.

\~\+'Subtotals (None/Month)'

\~Indicate which No subtotals or Monthly subtotals (N or M). If you select a 'M' for subtotal and the dates you pick are in the same month, you will be notified. Subtotalling occurs as the number of the month changes.

\~You can adjust the FROM and TO dates by typing the exact date in each field or use the UP and DOWN arrows to adjust the dates. When you are satisfied with these two dates press ENTER or TAB to go to the next field.
