  6.                              The Network Staff

  8.      Administrator: Cliff Watkins
  9.      The chief administrative position in the network is responsible for the
  10.      overall direction of the network. The Administrator determines the mem-
  11.      bership of the network staff. This is the only position responsible for
  12.      determining Net Staff membership. It's also the Administrators function
  13.      to "keep track" of the information for the Network Nodelist and keep it
  14.      current.  Regionals and hubs who approve new members must pass nodelist
  15.      information to the Administrator in the Regionals [only] conference. As
  16.      information contained is private in nature  it must not be displayed or
  17.      transmitted in a public forum, regardless if R/O or not.

  19.      Co-Administrator: Gordon Lincoln
  20.      As Co-administrator, this position carries as much weight,  with regard
  21.      to decisions  concerning the network,  as the Administrator.  While the
  22.      Administrator still has a `final word' power, the Co-Administrator role
  23.      is empowered to make network related decisions without seeking any type
  24.      of pre-authorization.  He is also responsible for project coordination,
  25.      quality control, and in case of `absense' by the Administrator, he will
  26.      serve as Administrator during this absense.

  28.      Chief Moderator: Rod Wardlow
  29.      Moderators will go to the "CM" first for assistance with any conference
  30.      related problems. The "CM" is also the Moderator of all the Moderators.
  31.      This key position will also be responsible for  the initial attempts at
  32.      any dispute settlements although the final administrative decisions may
  33.      be determined by the Administration or Assistant Administrator.

  35.      Conference Coordinator: David Bucci
  36.      Responsible for taking suggestions for conference additions, deletions,
  37.      etc.,  monitors interest of proposals  and updates the conference list.
  38.      Conference "deletion/approvals" are subject to Administration approval.
  39.      The conference list is to be forwarded to the IN Basket Chief Editor on
  40.      a timely basis. The Conference Coordinator may assign assistants to aid
  41.      in the monitoring of conferences.

  43.      In Basket Chief Editor: Dave Calmer
  44.      Coordinates the "Intelec Network Distribution File"  (IN-yymm.ZIP)  for
  45.      timely monthly distribution, compiles "monthly newsletter" (IN Basket).
  46.      The Chief Editor also assigns assistants  to aid in the distribution of
  47.      the Network Distribution File or Monthly Newsltter.

  49.      Network Statistician: Bob Gibbons
  50.      Compile net/conference information, etc for inclusion in the IN Basket.

  52.      Network Marketing: David Shapiro
  53.      Coordinate Callers Digest or other Ads that the network is involved in.

  55.      Network News Reporter: Barry Martin
  56.      Gather news from around the network for inclusion in the IN Basket.
