  30.        This program uses historical lottery winning data  to forecast the
  31.        current lottery drawing.  The program works with all pick 5, 6 or
  32.        7 digit lotteries in the U.S. and abroad, uses five separate lottery
  33.        selection strategies to select from 1 to 200 tickets, and improves
  34.        the winning chances by a statistical 550%.
  35.        In the last two months on two occasions the program picked 5 out of
  36.        6 selections in the Oregon lottery.  The program has excellent
  37.        color, pull down menus, data editing, and supports a mouse.
  38.        Version 7.0 significantly enhances the available strategy, wheel
  39.        size, and bias combinations.  Unlike previous versions all wheel
  40.        sizes are available to the unregistered users.  Registration
  41.        unlocks BRAIN STORM, FreeBooter's version of a neural network for
  42.        lottery selection.  Brain Storm will automatically select the best
  43.        strategy, wheelsize, and bias when the lottery is loaded.
