  2.                      ******* Dial Data Convertor V1.0 *******

  4.  This program  will create or update ASCII data  files from the "DATA.OUT" 
  5.  file that is created when using the EXCHANGE ACCESS data retriever  used 
  6.  exclusively by Dial Data.  This will work for  any commodity,option, or 
  7.  security as long as the symbol does not begin with an asteric.

  9.  I wrote this program because I needed a way to insert data collected
  10.  into the DATA.OUT file a into to each corresponding data file. This
  11.  program will save you a lot editing time.
  12.  
  13.  You of course must establish an account with Dial Data and also must be 
  14.  using EXCHANGE ACCESS data retiever. Dail Data can be reached at (718) 
  15.  522-6886.

  17.  The DATA.OUT file MUST be present in the same directory where the files
  18.  in the FIXER1.ZIP archive reside. The directory MUST have the same name
  19.  as the target directory designated the EXCHANGE ACCESS configuration file.

  21.  The menu is basically self-explanatory:

  23.          1.) Create Files    -- Creates new files from DATA.OUT file
  24.          2.) Update Files    -- Updates existing files from DATA.OUT file
  25.          3.) Tab Space Files -- Tab spaces existing data files with a 
  26.                                 utility written by John Bonavia  
  27.          4.) DOS Shell       -- Shell to DOS
  28.          5.) Bond Fixer      -- Converts TBOND decimals pricess to 
  29.                                 thirty-seconds
