  3.         This archive contains the TDE editor customized for use in
  4.         Esperanto. It includes the ETDE editor itself, the customization
  5.         utility TDECFG, the customization file ETDE.CFG, help screens in
  6.         English or Esperanto HELP.*, the default macro file EZ.MAC, and
  7.         the documentation in Esperanto and English.

  9.         The official English release is available separately in many
  10.         archive sites. It contains similar material, including manuals
  11.         in English, as well as the source code. The Esperanto release
  12.         has the same functionality as the English one, but the
  13.         assignment of functions to the various keys was changed to allow
  14.         full use of the ALT-letter combinations for letters not present
  15.         in the English alphabet.
