  9.          o To help in the speedy processing of your registration,  all
  10.            items on the registration form  should be filled out and be
  11.            correct without error, and posted in with your money.
  12.  
  13.          o For cheques and money  orders you should read the documents
  14.            AMERICA.REG,  EUROPE.REG and OCEANIA.REG for details on how
  15.            to send in your  cheques and money orders,  ie. to register
  16.            in the  United States or  Canada you would  register at the
  17.            North  American  Registration Site  and  cheques  therefore
  18.            should be made out to TopSoft Software in US dollars.

  20.          o If you need a receipt of your payment to be returned to you
  21.            please make a clear note that you wish for a receipt.  Your
  22.            local aurthorised registration site will return the receipt
  23.            with your registration details and serial number.

  27.            non-commercial registrations.

  37.          REGISTRATION FEES:

  39.          Registration fees and authorised registration sites are given
  40.          in the files: Oceania.Reg

  45.          Please note that the prices  below are the recommended prices
  46.          only and that at some  registration sites the prices may vary
  47.          according  to the  local exchange rates,  you are  advised to
  48.          logon to the registration sites  BBS to check price and other
  49.          details.

  51.          There are three types of registrations, detailed below:
  52.  
  53.               Non-Commercial:                        (Rec. US$38)
  54.               Noncommercial systems are those that are run  in  a
  55.               private  residence,  and are not run  for a profit,
  56.               or for  commercial gain.  Registration will  be for
  57.               one  programme  and  for  one  person.  All  future
  58.               versions and upgrades will be free of charge unless
  59.               notified prior to the release of a major update.

  61.               Single Commercial:                     (Rec. US$64)
  62.               A system is  considered  commercial if it is either
  63.               run  from a  commercial  site or run for  profit or
  64.               commercial gain,  if the  system is  run by a  non-
  65.               profit organisation,  such  as a fund  raiser,  you
  66.               should  contact your local  authorised registration
  67.               site.  Registration  will be for one  programme and
  68.               for one person.  All future  versions and  upgrades
  69.               will be free of charge unless notified prior to the
  70.               release of a major update.

  72.               Multiple Commercial License                 ($Call)
  73.               This  special  registration can be  tailored to the
  74.               need  of the  company registering  the product,  it
  75.               will provide for a limited  or unlimted license and
  76.               will  entitle  a  company  to  have  a  limited  or
  77.               unlimited  number  of   registered  copies  of  the
  78.               programme. These copies may be used internally only
  79.               or may be for distribution to clients. Your company
  80.               can  request a special  version containing  company
  81.               details in the actual programme,which may be passed
  82.               to  your  clients.   Please  contact  your  nearest
  83.               registration site and present all details so that a
  84.               contract may be  drawn up and a dollar value placed
  85.               on the license.

  152.               Nicht- Kommerzieller Einsatz ist,  wenn  Communiqué
  153.               privat zu  Hobbyzwecken  benutzt  wird,  auf  einem
  154.               privaten System,  und wenn damit kein  Finanzieller
  155.               Gewinn erzielt wird. Die Registrierung ist fuer ein
  156.               Programm und fuer eine Person. Alle Updates  werden
  157.               kostenfrei sein  sofern es sich nicht um ein vorher
  158.               angekuendigtes grundsaetzliches Update handelt.

  162.               Kommerzieller  Einsatz  ist,  wenn  Communiqué  auf

  166.               (z. B. Verein oder Schule) fragen  Sie  bitte  ihre
  167.               naechste Registrierungs Station.  Die Registrierung
  168.               ist fuer ein Programm und fuer  eine  Person.  Alle
  169.               Updates werden kostenfrei sein sofern es sich nicht
  170.               um  ein  vorher   angekuendigtes   grundsaetzliches

  180.               unlimitierten Anzahl von Kopien des Produktes.  Sie
