  3. COMMUNIQUÉ REGISTRATION FORM

  7.          o To help in the speedy processing of your registration,  all
  8.            items on the registration form  should be filled out and be
  9.            correct without error, and posted in with your money.
  10.  
  11.          o For cheques and money  orders you should read the documents
  12.            AMERICA.REG,  EUROPE.REG and OCEANIA.REG for details on how
  13.            to send in your  cheques and money orders,  ie. to register
  14.            in the  United States or  Canada you would  register at the
  15.            North  American  Registration Site  and  cheques  therefore
  16.            should be made out to TopSoft Software in US dollars.

  18.          o If you need a receipt of your payment to be returned to you
  19.            please make a clear note that you wish for a receipt.  Your
  20.            local aurthorised registration site will return the receipt
  21.            with your registration details and serial number.

  24.            the user documentation  file for details of  commercial and
  25.            non-commercial registrations.

  35.          REGISTRATION FEES:

  37.          Registration fees and authorised registration sites are given
  38.          in the files: Oceania.Reg
  39.                        Europe .Reg
  40.                        America.Reg

  43.          Please note that the prices  below are the recommended prices
  44.          only and that at some  registration sites the prices may vary
  45.          according  to the  local exchange rates,  you are  advised to
  46.          logon to the registration sites  BBS to check price and other
  47.          details.

  49.          There are three types of registrations, detailed below:
  50.  
  51.               Non-Commercial:                        (Rec. US$38)
  52.               Noncommercial systems are those that are run  in  a
  53.               private  residence,  and are not run  for a profit,
  54.               or for  commercial gain.  Registration will  be for
  55.               one  programme  and  for  one  person.  All  future
  56.               versions and upgrades will be free of charge unless
  57.               notified prior to the release of a major update.

  59.               Single Commercial:                     (Rec. US$64)
  60.               A system is  considered  commercial if it is either
  61.               run  from a  commercial  site or run for  profit or
  62.               commercial gain,  if the  system is  run by a  non-
  63.               profit organisation,  such  as a fund  raiser,  you
  64.               should  contact your local  authorised registration
  65.               site.  Registration  will be for one  programme and
  66.               for one person.  All future  versions and  upgrades
  67.               will be free of charge unless notified prior to the
  68.               release of a major update.

  70.               Multiple Commercial License                 ($Call)
  71.               This  special  registration can be  tailored to the
  72.               need  of the  company registering  the product,  it
  73.               will provide for a limited  or unlimted license and
  74.               will  entitle  a  company  to  have  a  limited  or
  75.               unlimited  number  of   registered  copies  of  the
  76.               programme. These copies may be used internally only
  77.               or may be for distribution to clients. Your company
  78.               can  request a special  version containing  company
  79.               details in the actual programme,which may be passed
  80.               to  your  clients.   Please  contact  your  nearest
  81.               registration site and present all details so that a
  82.               contract may be  drawn up and a dollar value placed
  83.               on the license.
