  3. To help you get started, this diskette contains a demonstration (DEMO), a
  4. tutor (EASY), and a sample project data base (STATION). You can also use
  5. SCHEDULE to make your own GANTT files but remember that the size has been
  6. limited to approximately 50 tasks.

  8. If you like the system and intend to really use it, you will want to purchase
  9. a license for the latest version of the programs. The latest version (2.2)
  10. has a capacity of approximately 1000 tasks.

  12. We are sure you appreciate that it took a number of years to develop the
  13. programs. They were introduced in 1984 and have undergone extensive user
  14. testing since then. Many copies of SCHEDULE version 2.0 and GANTT version
  15. 1.0 were distributed to users.

  17. Please don't be fooled into thinking that SCHEDULE/GANTT can only be used for
  18. small projects just because of the demonstration limitations or because
  19. it is PC based. Any size project can be managed using a distributed system
  20. where many areas use their own copies of the programs and communicate
  21. interdependencies via networks or host main-frame links.
