  4.        This program is distributed as a shareware product.  Registration is
  5.     available within the program or by printing REGISTER.DOC

  7.     **NOTE**  Users of CISBILL v 1.xx see special instructions below.

  10.     Requirements:        IBM compatible equipment
  11.                          256 K (More is better)
  12.                          Monochrome or Color monitor
  13.                          Hard disk drive
  14.                          Printer (optional)
  15.                          MS-DOS 3.0 or higher
  16.  
  17.     I suggest you view or print "CISBILL.DOC" (7 pages total) before
  18.     jumping in, but if you prefer to start right up, then:
  19.  
  20.         Make a new directory, as follows -
  21.                 MD CISBILL
  22.         Change to that directory with - CD CISBILL.
  23.         Copy all unzipped files from this distribution to CISBILL directory.
  24.  
  25.         To execute -
  26.                 CISBILL
  27.  
  28.     Sample files have been included so the program can be demonstrated.
  29.     Before accumulating your own billing files, delete these sample files
  30.     and create BILLING.CAP by capturing your billing records from CIS.
  31.     See the documentation for a description of how to do this.

  39.     **** INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREVIOUS USERS *****

  41.     This version of CISBILL is not compatible with files created by any
  42.     previous version (prior to version 2.0).  If you are already a 
  43.     registered user, you will receive an upgrade offer for $5, and will  
  44.     receive a file conversion program along with the upgrade, if ordered.
  45.     If you are not a registered user, but have collected data with a prior
  46.     trial version, not to worry.  When you register you will receive the 
  47.     file conversion program to create files compatible with CISBILL v 2.0.
  48.     
  49.     You may elect to just continue using the old version rather than
  50.     register, which would certainly work (as of today).  However, if CIS
  51.     makes changes to their billing format, I will only maintain version
  52.     2.0 and up.
