  16.  Send a money order to the above address and I will ship your order ASAP.
  17.  I use USPS 2 day priority mail. This is not quaranteed Two day delivery
  18.  but it usually gets to you in 2 to 3 days and saves you on the shipping
  19.  charges.
  20.  Shipping cost is $4.00, This will cover up to 10 cd's. An additional
  21.  $4.00 will be added for every 10 cd's. IE 11-20 = $8.00  Also a 5%
  22.  sales tax is added for South Carolina orders.
  23.  I am currently shipping COD for the same $4.00 shipping charge. This will
  24.  be only until I get the Credit Card services up and running. For COD orders
  25.  please make sure you use a shipping address that someone will be home during
  26.  your normal mail delivery time and have a Money order ready to pay the Post-
  27.  man.

  31.  50 cents for every two. IE, 1 or 2 shipping 4.00  3 or 4 shipping 4.50 and
  32.  so on. I will ship Airmail. Important!! International orders must send a 
  33.  money order in U.S. Funds along with this completed order form to the 
  34.  above address.
