You will be the kingpin of a gang of mobsters intent m controling all of OIL-TOUN. You can do this by building up your gang, your legal, and illegal businesses, and attacking your fellow kingpins. As a new kingpin, the syndicate will offer you a few days of protection, so the bigger gangs can't wipe you out right away.
