ANSIartist, Version 2.5
===================================================================
ANSIartist Version History
ANSIartist is an improvement of a program named ANSIdraw
developed by us. We changed the program name to ANSIartist as we
noticed that there already exists a program by Amrich Enterprises
which was called AnsiDraw. So, the versions 1.xx through 2.0x were
not available as ANSIartist.
Version 1.0
-------------------------------------------------------------------
The very-first release of our program just allowed to enter
characters, move the cursor, change attributes and to load or save
ANSI screens.
Version 1.05
-------------------------------------------------------------------
We fixed a bug in the save algorithm.
Version 1.1
-------------------------------------------------------------------
We added a "color chart" option.
Version 2.0
-------------------------------------------------------------------
A complete rewrite of v1.x. We added a menu bar, new hotkeys, a
line function, boxes, a Insert/Overwrite mode with line-end buffer,
"intelligent" status line, mouse support, a new and high optimizing
save algorithm, bock operations, a DOS shell feature and many other
powerful features.
Version 2.01
-------------------------------------------------------------------
We fixed a bug in the line function.
Version 2.1
-------------------------------------------------------------------
We fixed a bug in the mouse support and rewrote the screen I/O
procedures completely new.
Version 2.5
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Nearly whole the program was rewritten. This version offers now a
powerful user interface and all features you know! This version is
the latest available. (01-19-1993)
